What To Do When You Feel Insecure

All great people have some level of insecurity that drives us to be successful. Take that insecurity question - "What do others think of me?" - and come up with a new question in your mind such as "How can I help others?" or "How can I make a difference?" Start transitioning from worrying about yourself to focusing on how you can be generous to others. Bringing value to others will make people want to connect with you, and developing the ability to have stronger, deeper relationships will make you more successful and confident. How do you go about making the change? That's your pathway. You might need therapy. There's nothing wrong with that, by the way. You might need to find a spiritual practice that grounds you. Focus on the stuff you do successfully. Dealing with insecurity can be a lifetime journey. It's an issue of managing it.
