You Cant Get There Alone
It's About Results!
I’m in the process of proposing my next book to my publisher and a part of the package is recording a number of the great results folks have achieved through putting the lessons in “Never Eat Alone” (NEA) to work in their lives.
Here are three quick, inspiring results I've heard so far:
>> After reading Never Eat Alone, a woman began to focus on being generous and
creating intimacy with the people around her office and she earned a promotion for which she was previously told she wasn't eligible.
>> After reading Never Eat Alone, a young man met the girl of his dreams because
of the courage he got from understanding the genius and kindness of “audacity” in our lives.
>> Since reading an early manuscript of Never Eat Alone last fall, my driver Tony
in NYC went from driving someone else’s car to having his own car and having other drivers working for him. (By the way, Tony is amazing. Tony has keys to my place and we are indeed friends. He also has taught me some great meditation techniques. If you want an amazingly honest and reliable driver when you're in NY, let me know by replying to this e-mail or writing to KF@FerrazziGreenlight.com and I'll send you Tony's contact info.)
I want Never Eat Alone to have that level of impact in your life. If you've taken the time to read Never Eat Alone, you may as well get results from it. Please don't settle for whatever entertainment value the book might possess.
Let's focus on getting the concepts in Never Eat Alone directed toward YOUR goals and YOUR success!
Don't network just to network. It's great to make more friends through random acquaintances and to build stronger relationships with your existing friends, but you also need to target and reach out to the specific people who can most help you achieve your life's dreams.
Be prepared. Know as specifically as possible what you want and what you have to offer to help others. Find your currency and share it!
Align your current network -- friends, family, and professional contacts -- behind your dreams. Tell everyone in your "back yard" where you want to go. You will be so surprised who will be able and eager to help you!
Those are just a few basic things to get you started. If you'll walk through Never Eat Alone and begin to apply the lessons to your life, I promise that in less than 30 days you will be surprised by the number of people -- some you know today, some you haven't even met yet -- who will be working hard to make you a success. And most importantly, you'll start getting results!
Let me know what results Never Eat Alone has helped you get in your life. It makes my day when I get messages that say how the messages in Never Eat Alone have touched people. But it makes my week when I hear how people have actually applied the Never Eat Alone principles and achieved great results for their personal lives, their professional careers, and the good of our community.
