The following question was submitted to "Ask Donald Trump" by a Trump University member. Question: On what would you spend a million dollars with today's economy?

My Response:

As I understand real estate, that's what I would invest in. I have recently bought two golf courses, one in Washington, D.C. on the Potomac River and one in Colts Neck, New Jersey. They are beautiful sites and worth the investment. As a developer, there is great satisfaction in making something spectacular. Every moment is exciting, even with the problems. It's a challenging economy we're dealing with today but there are ways around it. If you are to spend that money, just make sure you have done thorough research, and know your territory.
