China is a Charade

As I've warned before, China is the power to watch, and for a variety of reasons. It has recently replaced Japan as the 2nd largest global economy after the USA. From the gymnasts caught cheating at the Olympics to the singer caught lip-synching on international television, I don't have the highest esteem for their ethics. It's all a charade. I also don't like the fact that we look like fools-I know for a fact they laugh at the stupidity of our leaders, and for good reason. They can't believe they're getting away with what they're getting away with-and we're allowing it. We have a diplomat doing negotiations and what we need are our best business minds on this case-because in that case there wouldn't be a deficit for long. Considering the overall situation, what I'd do is to tax their products coming into this country-they make many of our products-so just tax them. We'd pay off that deficit so fast that their heads would spin. I don't want to do business with people when we have that kind of deficit.

It's also impossible to do business with them. I can't even get my name into China -which has a corrupt political and court system-because they won't let me use my own name. Why? Because it's worth something. They'd prefer to give me another name that would have no meaning or significance as a brand.

China is a power but a power with some big flaws-their charade has become transparent. We need to act like business people and deal with them with business minds. It's the only way to set things straight.

How can we market our product to the 2 billion people in China? Imagine 1% of the population buying your product online. That is 20,000,000 multiply your product. If you sell your ebook for $5. This is $100,000,000. Please let us brainstorm on how we can market to this country. Your suggestion are welcome.[/quote:3l3e911r] I'd begin by first visiting China and living there for a while to determine if there are any niche markets that aren't being served. You can only do so much research online. At the end of the day, there's nothing that beats first hand experience and talking directly to some of your future customers.
