What are the 3 most important activities that an entrepreneur needs to engage in on a regular basis to become successful.

Michael Gerber's answer:

The three most important activities an entrepreneur needs to engage in on a regular basis to become successful are:

1) Continue Dreaming: Continuous dreaming, constantly asking questions about favorite assumptions; pushing the edge of his/her imagination, everywhere and every way 2) Read: Read novels, poetry, spiritual, news, anything but business books, and anything other than what he/she would normally be interested in;

3) Continual Improvement: Creating new ways of doing old things, testing them in his/her business, continually improving them.
