If you don't sell, it's not the product that's wrong, it's you.
Touch a face. Touch a hand. Say, “This is for you, this is what I want you to wear.”
When you stop talking, you've lost your customer. When you turn your back, you've lost her.
Look for a sweet person. Forget rich.
If there is a message at all, it's probably that we have to recognize in ourselves how we feel morally about certain things and make sure we follow that up with our actions.
New generations want to buy their own brands ... They don't necessarily want to buy a brand that's been around for a long time.
Our existing brands have a fairly strong and wide distribution in the stores that they are already sold. We were excited about the possibility of working with Kohl's to create new brands for their customers.
I have never worked a day in my life without selling. If I believe in something, I sell it, and I sell it hard.

Beauty is an attitude. There's no secret. Why are all brides beautiful? Because on their wedding day they care about how they look. There are no ugly women - only women who don't care or who don't believe they're attractive.

I never dreamed about success. I worked for it.
You may have great inner resources, but they don't show up as confidence when you don't feel pretty.
People are more apt to believe you and like you when you know you look fine. And when the world approves, self-respect is just a little easier.

I recognized in my Uncle John my true path...I watched and learned.
Lauderisms:
Create your own style Don’t be afraid of the trial and error approach Find the proper location When you're angry, never put it in writing You get more bees with honey Keep your own image straight in your mind Learn to say no.
Divide and rule Keep an eye on the competition.
Acknowledge your mistakes Act tough Trust your instincts Write things down Hire the best people Train the best sales force Break down barriers Give credit where credit is due To sell a cream, you sold a dream in the early days.
I was a woman with a mission and single-minded in the pursuit of my dream.
