New User and looking for advice

I am a business owner who recently decided to launch a couple websites. I have always done this solo, but recently excepted technical help from a friend. I would like to have her involved in my business and potentially make her a partner, but I do not know what is fair and what the agreement should be. I started the business, funded the venture and of course the ideas were all mine. Any, any, any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

You might find the answer you're looking for, or at least have a better understanding of what you might want to do in your situation. Of course, feel free to ask your question there as well.

Maybe someone else will come along and answer your question here. I don't have any experience in this area and can only provide my insight on the matter, which is in the other thread. That thread should give you some good ideas to start with.
