A Day In The Life Of A Rosemary Conley Franchisee

At some point during the researching and preparation that goes into deciding whether or not a franchise business is the right decision for you, the question needs to be asked: what does running a franchise actually look like? While you may be able to find the right franchise information, the right cost, the right financing options, and feel great about your decision to become one of the thousands of people every day who decide to go into business for yourself, there will still be that uncertainty of what your first day, week, and year of running a franchise will actually look like. This is why Rosemary Conley franchise recruitment manager Rose Franses was asked to explain the details of what a day in the life of a Rosemary Conley Franchisee is actually like.

The Rosemary Conley franchise is a diet and fitness club franchise that is the only national slimming organization in the UK to offer dietary advice and exercise in the same classes. The goal and vision of a Rosemary Conley franchise is to help its more than 80,000 members lose weight and shape up with a complimenting combination of proper nutrition and exercise.

The Rosemary Conley franchise offers flexibility and the satisfaction of knowing that every day when you as a franchisee coordinate several of the more than 2,000 classes currently being offered, you are helping people achieve what they desire in their life: health. Rose describes the interaction with such a wide variety of people that are so grateful for the classes that have helped them learn how to eat and exercise and become healthy in a way they before only dreamed possible as being the most satisfying part of owning a Rosemary Conley franchise.

There are many businesses for sale, but what makes a Rosemary Conley franchise stand out from all the other businesses? Being a full member for the British Franchise Association is an extremely important aspect to all future franchisees combined with the fact the Rosemary Conley has been recognized multiple times by receiving the highly coveted BFA Franchisor of the Year award.

Rose warns future franchise owners that if they are used to working in a large corporate setting there can be a feeling of isolation in the day-to-day process of being a work from home franchisee. That is why it’s important for Rosemary Conley owners to take advantage of the ongoing training courses and support that connects all of the franchise owners to each other. Each franchisee receives access to the company’s headquarters’ Quorn House and the support of a highly skilled and committed staff. Their aim is to ensure maximum success for every franchisee’s business with full marketing and business support.

Rose also tells future franchise owners that working at home is hard work. It requires a lot of effort and self-discipline. Which is also a key aspect to the training that you will be providing your customers with: discipline. Eating right and exercising takes hard work and discipline, and so does running a full time franchise from your home. Rose cautions future owners to be ready to work hard and follow a proven system in order to achieve success. For the right person who is dedicated and hard-working a Rosemary Conley Franchise can be a highly profitable and extremely rewarding business opportunity.

At the end of the day knowing that you are successful and that the people that you work with feel better about themselves as people and their lives is one of the most rewarding experiences a home-based businessperson can experience. Knowing that you have what it takes, are a hard worker, are self-disciplined, and are willing to communicate and seek support that is available to you will lead you to a successful and fulfilling work experience. While nothing can prepare you fully for the experience of jumping into self employment, the confidence of having a respected name, proven business plan, and hundreds of people supporting you can help make your transition from employee to franchisee seamless and enjoyable. So if you are ready to be your own boss, build a successful business and combine staying fit and healthy with earning an excellent income, then the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness franchise might just be the perfect home-based business “fit” you have been looking for.

The Second Life Platform The Second Life Platform - Greetings! I'm not sure how many of you have heard of or are sensitive to Second Life and its related entities. However, Second Life is a fantastic platform to mimmick real life business operations in a real currency based economy. There are plenty of successful stories for creative individuals, but I'd highly suggest doing your research and appreciating Second Life for what it is, and what it isn't.

Re: Charge what you're worth Re: Charge what you're worth -
People will pay you what you ask. Very few will ever up the price. You are the one who decided what you are worth. The key is that we believe our services are worth the price we are asking.[/quote:292ze3jd] Hi Tami, You're absolutely right. In "Think and Grow Rich", Jessie B. Rittenhouse says "For Life is a just employer, He gives you what you ask, But once you have set the wages, Why, you must bear the task. I worked for a menial's hire Only to learn, dismayed , That any wage I had asked of Life, Life would have willingly paid" (Napoleon Hill 35). I think the same can be said when setting prices on eBay or Craigslist, especially when people are trying to haggle you.
Re: Favorite Christmas movies Re: Favorite Christmas movies -
I do have to say I've never liked[i:1rxsgr0t] It's A Wonderful Life[/i:1rxsgr0t]. He spends all his life having his hopes and dreams shattered, feeling miserable, and its only at the end of his life that he can look back and realize how many friends he has, etc. But that doesn't change the fact that up until that point he was miserable![/quote:1rxsgr0t] I love the sentimentality around watching that movie with your Mom! Chtistmas is made up of all those sentimental things. "It's A Wonderful Life" is all about perspective, much in the same way that Scrooge is 'realigned' in Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" - which I listen to on CD every year (sometimes twice!) Happy Christmas Everyone! Regards Martin
