Kick Off Spring Time With A Spring Cleaning Small Business Franchise

One of the oldest, and still most popular, professions around is cleaning. Cleaning businesses come in all shapes and sizes, and today, more than ever, with many people working 80+ hour weeks, multiple jobs and dual-income homes, cleaning services are in high demand. What better time to start your own cleaning business than the spring, just in time for spring cleaning? Normally, a small business would take months if not years of preparation and planning, but with a small business franchise, you could have your cleaning small business up and running in a matter of weeks. If you’re an entrepreneur looking to start a small business franchise, take a look at five of the best candidates for a cleaning small business franchise, just in time for the spring.

1. FISH Window Cleaning

With more than 150 successful franchisees, FISH Window Cleaning is a great option for a cleaning small business. One of the hardest things for most small businesses to establish is a repeat client base, and with window cleaning, nearly every satisfied customer will become a repeat customer. With over 29 years of experience in the industry, no one knows the window cleaning industry better than FISH Window Cleaning, and as a franchisee, you’ll have access to their wealth of knowledge as well as in-depth training and ongoing support, all included in the cost of the franchise fee.

2. Kwik Kerb

Most cleaning small businesses are mobile and do not require an office building or retail space, but Kwik Kerb may by the ultimate cleaning small business for anyone interested in a home based business. This concrete edging service can start out as a one-man operation, run completely from home, and then grow as needed, adding more employees, or perhaps an office or retail space to accommodate further growth. Whether or not your know much about the business of concrete edging, perhaps all you need to know about Kwik Kerb is that some franchisees have reported earnings as high as $10,000 per week.

3. Americlean Dry Cleaning

With one of the lowest startup costs in the industry, Americlean Dry Cleaning is the perfect small business for anyone interested in the lucrative industry of dry cleaning. There are plenty of mom-and-pop dry cleaners all over the country, but Americlean Dry Cleaning has the distinct advantage of consistency across the entire franchise. Customers who have a great experience with one Americlean Dry Cleaning location will have no hesitation giving their business to another location, and this is one of the fundamental reasons that franchises, on average, have a success rate of nearly 4-to-1 compared to non-franchises over a 5-year period. Americlean Dry Cleaning also benefits from over 50 years of experience in the business, so any questions, problems or even troublesome stains that you come across, the folks at Americlean Dry Cleaning will be able to help you solve the problem.

4. Sears Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

Nearly every home has air ducts and carpets, and the one thing that they all share in common is the need for a good cleaning now and then. Dirty air ducts can lead to poor air quality, which can cause allergies and can make you and your family pretty sick. Throw in a filthy carpet with dust mites, pet dander and all sorts of other allergens, and you’ll start to see the value of a Sears Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning franchise. As word of mouth spreads the word about your small business, you’re sure to find a wealth of clientele, as well as plenty of repeat business. And with the strong brand-name recognition of SEARS on your side, your small business has an excellent chance to not only survive, but spell out big profits for you, the franchisee.

5. PuroClean

In what is thought to be a recession-resistant industry, PuroClean leads the charge in the $162 billion dollar industry of property restoration. No prior experience is required for parties interested in this small business franchise opportunity, as an expert team at the franchisor’s business training support center, as well as ongoing field training and 24-hour technical support will support you. Property damage, due to vandalism, accidents and acts of God, is not something that’s going to go away any time soon, and with a PuroClean franchise you can capitalize on this business by helping people put the pieces back together when the unthinkable happen and putting some coin in your own pocket at the same time.

No matter which type of cleaning franchise appeals to you most, you can take confidence knowing that each franchise has tested and perfected their methods and developed a system that has been proven to work, time and time again. Along with ongoing support from the franchisor, you’ll also be given immense initial training, designed to prepare virtually anyone to be able to successfully run a cleaning franchise, regardless of previous business experience. If you’re ready to take the next step towards your new cleaning small business franchise, don’t delay, get in contact with the franchisor asap and you’ll be on your way to having your new small business up and running in time for spring.

I have also been recommending to clients (and doing this myself) that they go back and revisit their mission/vision for their company. I find it recharges the meaning behind why we are working so hard. I also went to the salon for a girls day! Life does seem so much better when your toes look good. As far as isolation goes, I found the concept of building an Advisory Board/Team to be a huge benefit. With my team I can talk freely and openly and I have made some lifelong friendships to boot. Spring is just around the corner everyone....Keep up the great work! J
