Want some advice on stress that isn’t boring?

Boxing-bags and hand-targets are two of the best ways to release mental tension and relieve stress. Why? Because it is fun and it puts you in control. Scapegoating is referenced as early as the 24th century BC, and we feel that boxing-bags make great scapegoats for your stress-related problems. The other great thing about bag training in a dojo is that if you feel like yelling at the bag, you will likely blend in. Try to keep your vocabulary limited to “Kiai!” and “Hiyah!” though.

There are side-effects to bag-training and target-training??

In an effort to clear our conscience, we have decided to admit to some side-effects of bag-training which some of you may have been exposed to while in the Sport Kickboxing Academy. Bag-training as a repetitive workout will cause you to sweat, gain cardio and burn fat.

It gets worse… Fat is a common place for toxins to become ‘stored’ or ‘trapped’, so by burning the fat, you are releasing these toxins so they can be filtered and excreted out of your body. Sorry we didn’t tell you sooner. If you want your toxins back, there are plenty of places to buy junk-food and plenty of sofas to help you make room for storing them.

Allow us to redeem ourselves by explaining these benefits:

Our martial arts program helps you gain confidence by teaching you the empowering skill of self-defense. The confidence you build is a mental facet which can be applied to any project in your stress and toxin free life. Another of the top secret chemical changes caused by doing Sport Kickboxing (which makes us feel like pro-scientists) is that the physical activity causes you to generate collagen which freshens and tightens up your skin. The flexibility and conditioning needed in this sport will help you get stronger muscles and burn the fat around them. You will look younger and once you get in shape, body and mind, you can live longer and happier.

When we are young our visions are quite different from when we are older. Though I have been on an amazing journey since I was twelve, I haven't put faith in numbers when it comes to age. My belief that each moment of our lives is a new beginning has allowed me to possess an innovative mentality in my endeavours. I am very much deeply involved in my journey and this has made me very confident in who I am and what I have to share with my followers around the world.

As in most sports, I believe that there is a championship in life. Considering how frequently we encounter obstacles that require courage, self-discipline, self-confidence, knowledge and will-power, it is a process of victories and defeats. We all want victories in our lives, so we should learn to face the obstacles that lay before us without hesitation. We must own our obstacles, lest they own us.

By starting my first martial arts school at the age of 21, I was able to found the basis for my future as a mentor of all the values found in martial arts. I have been working for 39 years since, involved in many different sports, studying many new styles of martial arts, and participating in many international courses and educational programs. By constantly studying and researching valuable areas such as general management, business management, psychology, physiology, human anatomy, communications, biomechanics, and the elements of mind, body and spirit (holistic fitness), I have been able to create a step-by-step self-improvement program based on my knowledge. This program conveys a life of dedicated research by conveniently depicting how my students and followers can improve their lifestyles through martial arts training. Students will learn how to recognize important benefits and values such as confidence, discipline, self-control, patience, leadership and goal-setting. How these values can come from martial arts training and become implemented into a human lifestyle at any age group for both males and females is one of our major elements.

Re: Can Soemone Invent a Longer Day Re: Can Soemone Invent a Longer Day - So, I think instead of inventing a longer day, outsourcing is the current equivalent? I guess that's why freelancing (elance.com) and collaborations (wiki farms) type of thing is really starting to pick up steam. Basically outsourcing to 12 different people for 2 hours each you would effectively be getting a full extra day's work done. I feel problem with that is the work must be relatively straightforward with very clear metrics to measure performance. Otherwise you could be paying someone to draw an elephant and they come back to you with a less-than-artistic representation of a turkey.

Also it is important to be very clear in what is actually required so that there can't be any misunderstanding. MichelleJ
Re: How many vacation and sick days do you give yourself? Re: How many vacation and sick days do you give yourself? - I don't give myself a set amount of days off. If I'm sick then I don't work. If I want to take a vacation, I just do it. If I have something more important to do than work, I do it. If I just don't feel like working, I don't. Yes, it hurts productivity but that doesn't bother me. A big part of the reason I am an internet marketer is so I can have the freedom to do things like that. I don't want to limit myself to a certain number of days off. That would feel too much like a regular job. There are also plenty of weekends and holidays that I work. It just depends on whether or not I am doing anything else. Basically I try to at least do a little work every day but if I don't then I don't. No big deal.
