He held a variety of senior marketing and sales positions at Ameritech and was Senior Director, Complex Sales for global accounts. Charlie was also an integral member of the teams tasked with the restructuring and re-engineering of the sales and marketing resources and functions in the five state region. Charlie received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Detroit and a master in Telecommunications, Information Technology Management, from Michigan State University.
