Bloomtools franchisees blooming despite challenging times

With franchises operating across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, the company is making its national presence felt and is quickly building up a large base of clients achieving great results with their world class tools. This, combined with its streamlined business administration systems, has made Bloomtools one of the best B2B white collar franchise opportunities on the market.

The Bloomtools franchise system is based on the idea of 'you meet and talk, we build, you profit', which means franchisees provide consultation and support to the clients, while the team of developers and graphic designers at HQ build the websites and online solutions - so franchisees need no technical skills.

Most franchisees start from a home office, then build their business to a point that they can employ additional staff and work from a professional office - making it more than just buying a job.

The latest franchisees are Emma and Tom Rolley in South Brisbane and they are quickly establishing themselves as the internet experts in the local area, helping many small to medium businesses get results online.

"It was a huge jump for us to become franchisees, but so far we are just loving it," said Emma, who is a lawyer and her husband Tom is a doctor.

"We've both always been passionate about the internet and business, so when we saw this franchise opportunity, we decided it was time to take the plunge into our own business," she said.

Emma and Tom joined the Bloomtools franchise team in early 2009, and after participating in an intensive training program at HQ on the Gold Coast, are now operating their business from home in Brisbane.

"The training program is very challenging and in-depth but it's so rewarding to come out at the end with the skills and knowledge to be experts in the industry as well as run your own business. It covers everything from all the products and systems, industry knowledge, through to sales and marketing strategies to grow your business," said Emma.

"We are now really busy meeting with clients and helping them build their complete online presence - including the professional, functional website, the internet marketing and search engine optimisation strategies to get traffic to their site and the database marketing system to turn their prospects into customers," she said.

"It's exciting and often tough to own your own business, but we know we are very lucky to have the support of the expert franchisors at the HQ," said Emma.

Emma and Tom have been inspired by the success of Bloomtools first franchisee, Lee Anne Bartlett on the Gold Coast.

"I've been working with the company for several years now and as far as franchisor's go, I couldn't ask for anything more - their products are amazing and I'm proud to sell them, the systems they have developed are so leveraged and easy to use and the team is so friendly and supportive," said Lee Anne.

"My favourite thing is definitely the business administration system because it takes the hassle out of the day to day management of my business. In one system I can manage sales, accounting, project management, CRM and marketing and it's all linked directly to HQ. This means less time on paperwork and more time making money," she said.

Lee Anne followed the typical growth of a franchisee, initially working from home by herself and then, as she grew her client base, purchasing her own office and employing a project manager and receptionist.

"I have now grown my business to the level where I have income coming in regularly from new clients but also a significant stream of residual income from my existing clients, with their monthly service fees and adding new features to their websites," said Lee Anne.

The company is currently seeking more peope like Lee Anne, Emma and Tom to join their franchsie elite team. If you are passionate about the internet, have some business or sales exprience, love helping businesses and aren't afraid of a challenge, you could be the next franchisee.

Re: Franchise skills Re: Franchise skills - [quote="saraloves":1n1pw9z6]Why would you be looking for franchisees without technical skills? You're a computer services company, right?[/quote:1n1pw9z6] Because franchisees don't have to be the technicians. In many cases the franchisee is the "business man", here to create and grow the business, not to operate it. If you look at Subway, many of their franchisees own several stores and I can tell you they are not the one making your sandwich. They are business men.

So many different business are blooming and doing well. Whilst there is so much knowledge and opportunity to be healthy and well, the need is still growing. There is so much that could be said. Re: The secret to happiness Re: The secret to happiness - The way I look at it, success will bring happiness, as long as that success was ethical. I think studies will continue to show how happiness really is an inside job. For me, it's all about making the decision to accept yourself and your life situation, and making the best out of it. That's a tall order for some people, and it's challenging at times, but well, well worth it.
