The most successful franchise businesses are often determined not only by the strength of their marketing and products, but also by their inner business strengths. The franchise system is simple – franchisees look after the client, while HQ’s elite team of software engineers and graphic designers build all the websites and online tools that the franchisees sell. This means that no website or design experience or skills are necessary to be a franchisee.

Since the launch, the interest in franchises has been phenomenal. “So many

people want to be involved in our franchise because not only is it a viable business investment, it’s also an opportunity to actually help other people achieve success in

To assist in their success, all new franchisees participate in a 2 week split training course covering industry and business knowledge, products and systems and sales and marketing skills. “We are passionate about all our franchisees succeeding, so we give them all the help they need – ongoing mentoring, training, project management and technical support from the experienced team here in Australia, as well as several online help resources that can be accessed 24x7,” said James.

“We have also developed a complete business administration system that helps our franchisees manage many aspects of their business. Are you afraid to really GROW? Are you afraid to really GROW? - Now i'm not generalizing here.. ok maybe a little. I've recently been noticing a very strange trend with small business owners. Many of the business owners i've met with recently are afraid to really grow. They want to make more money and they want to improve, but when it comes down to it, they are scared of what those changes may or may not mean to their business. This fascintates me. Isn't the whole reason we've chosen to start a business mean we eventually want it to grow? Are they scared it will move too fast and get out of control? I'm curious to other's thoughts on this.

Testing is a recurring theme here at SES Toronto. Website owners are trying to get the most out of every dollar and minute that they spend on their business. People here are considering themselves business owners instead of website owners much more than in the past which is great to see. I think the economy has forced people to buckle down and focus in on what makes money and making your website an actual business.
