Concepts that Keep Homes Clean, Organized and Clutter-Free Flourish

Guest post by: Jocelyn Chavez

Article Overview: The overwhelming urge to purge the clutter that's accumulated in closets, cabinets, garages and basements is almost instinctive at the beginning of a new year, as people take stock of their lives and adopt an 'out with old, in with the new' mentality. However, despite the best of intentions, many busy individuals and families lack the time, motivation and objectivity it takes to keep their homes clean, organized and clutter-free throughout the year. As a result, consumers are turning to organization experts and cleaning professionals. Home organization, junk removal, cleaning and restoration franchise concepts are experiencing tremendous demand and provide prospective franchisees with the chance to own a business that offers much-needed, sought-after services.

Downsizing is Driving the Demand for Solutions that Help Maximize Storage Space

From consumers who have downsized to smaller homes with less storage space, to those that are remaining in homes they've outgrown due to the economy, virtually everyone is looking for products that help them maximize their storage space. As the largest custom pull-out shelf distributor in the U.S, The Pull-Out Shelf Company®, builds and installs custom, hand-made shelves that help people make the most of their storage space. Through a network of authorized dealers, The Pull-Out Shelf Company® offers versatile products that can be used in kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, and office cabinets. The Pull-Out Shelf Company® distributorship opportunity provides would-be business owners with the chance to own a unique, home-based business that features in-demand, niche products. Previous industry experience is not required to become a dealer and onsite training and complete support is provided.

Counteracting Clutter- Junk Removal Franchises Provide Much-Needed, Transformative Services

Consumers' penchant for amassing clutter has led to the need for businesses that help them rid their homes and offices of unwanted items. Junk removal franchises that help people reclaim their space are meeting this growing demand. The Junk King franchise opportunity gives aspiring franchisees the chance to tap into this thriving market and own a business with a well-recognized brand name. Junk King franchise owners and their teams provide busy consumers who lack the time and ability to tackle ridding their homes of clutter, with a much-needed service. Junk King franchisees receive comprehensive training and support. And the company's customer care center handles a variety of customer service tasks including explaining the services offered, scheduling appointments and conducting post-job satisfaction surveys, which allows franchisees to focus on building their business in their territory.

Property Restoration- a Multi-Billion Dollar, Recession-Proof Industry

When the unthinkable happens and properties are severely damaged as a result of water, fire, mold or other conditions, insurance professionals and property owners turn to property restoration providers like PuroClean. The PuroClean franchise concept offers prospective franchisees a unique opportunity to become part of the recession-resistant, multi-billion dollar property damage restoration industry. Previous industry experience isn't required to become a PuroClean franchisee, however excellent interpersonal skills and a business background are ideal. PuroClean franchisees receive extensive training and support, and benefit from owning a leading concept that offers essential services and makes a positive difference in the communities they serve.

Providing Services that Save Consumers Time and Money

Franchises that keep homes tidy and help people reclaim their space provide clients with benefits that go beyond a presentable appearance. Maintaining a clean, well-organized home helps homeowners save time and money. From being able to quickly find what they need, to eliminating unnecessary purchases of items they already own, clients enjoy considerable benefits. And owners of these concepts enjoy the advantages of owning an in-demand business that caters to the needs of a time-crunched, budget-conscious society.

Re: Basic HTML splash pages... Re: Basic HTML splash pages... - They both look nice. Clean and simple without all the flashy nonsense we see so much. The only downside for me was the audio on the 2nd one. I personally try to steer clear of using audio. I also keep my computer muted while surfing exchanges for that very reason.
Mission & Vision Statements Mission & Vision Statements - Oops my bad. A mission statement is for employees as well. Author of "Strategic Management: Concepts and Cases", Fred R. David says "The mission statement answers the question 'What is our business,'" while "the vision statement answers the question 'What do we want to become?'" (60). Furthermore, "A good mission statement reveals an organization's customers; products or services; markets; technology; concern for survival, growth, profitability; philosophy; self-concept; concern for public image; and concern for employees" (73).

Commercial cleaning Commercial cleaning - [quote:2zma5fer]Recently she started a commercial cleaning business. [/quote:2zma5fer] Well... why not take advantage of the fact that it's your Mom's business? Take advantage of the cliche of mother's cleaning (although is the cliche the mothers-in-law who clean, thanks to Everyone Loves Raymond). Why not Psycho Mom's Cleaners or Clean Enough For Mom. Although admittedly that doesnt sound quite as professional as the two names you've advanced. Cute and memorable, vs professional and lost amongst others....
