Whenever our economy suffers, people are laid off of their jobs and many individuals make the decision to go into business for themselves and franchising is their first choice.

Whether it’s expanding your existing business or potential concept into a franchise system, the experiences, knowledge and skills to help through the regulations, procedures and guidelines of franchising is of the upmost importance. The most popular type of franchises being sought after today is service businesses that have a start up costs under $100,000. That’s not to say the development of a food related business isn’t strong, which by the way is 48% of the franchises being offered today, but over the past 15 years, there has been a tremendous shift to service businesses.
