Franchise Clique, Industry Leader, is Signing New Business Every Day
Recession? What recession?
Even though commodity prices are soaring and jobs are still scarce, franchising opportunities seem to be everywhere. Dave Schwartz, owner of FranchiseClique.com, says that he is still signing new business every day for franchises across the country. "Industries that are really growing quickly include restaurant franchises, senior care franchises, cleaning franchises and even vending franchises," he said. Restaurants always seem to be booming because, well, people have to eat. Senior care franchising is booming because all of the baby boomers are coming of retirement age. Soon they will need help getting around, so there has been a ton of growth in these home-based health services.
Cleaning and vending are both home-based businesses, which accounts for their dramatic increase. "People like the benefit of working from home, the flexibility of the schedule," Schwartz said. How could they not? It makes complete sense, especially given the amount of people who have been laid off in the last few years. "It's still a great time for entrepreneurship," he said happily. And business is still good.
