When evaluating franchise systems I look for franchisors that possess these 6 attributes:
1. Leaders have an obvious and real passion for the business they are in.
2. Franchise system exhibits total devotion to the brand.
3. Leaders demonstrates the ability to balance the interests of the franchisor, franchisee, vendors and customers.
4. Successful in attracting and satisfying "star" franchisees.
5. Concerned to the degree of obsession with the franchisees bottom line.
6. Respects and thus empowers franchisees to grow and expand.
The franchisors that possess these attributes are destined to succeed and are most worthy of your capital, time and effort.

Let's Talk Franchising! - I have learned franchising from the ground up. I’ve been a franchisee for a bad franchisor. I’ve worked for good franchisors and I’ve worked for marginal franchisors. I’ve helped many franchisees succeed.
