Mr. Robbins’ philosophy is pretty straight forward. He combines fun and excitement to stimulate a positive response during his training sessions. In some ways his “curriculum” isn’t much different than the average speaker’s. The difference is in the presentation and format in which he presents his seminars. Mr. Robbins’ makes his seminars enjoyable and thought provoking.

The programs that the Anthony Robbins Organization offer are not just about feeling good either. They are geared towards; Sales, Motivation, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, and Life Management Skills. The thought is that once all of these areas are in harmony with one another, productivity will rise. The results of the Robbins system have been phenomenal.

His list of accomplishments as a motivational speaker, business and personal coach is long. He has been named one of the 10 most Outstanding People in the World. He has established his mission and shared his vision the world over. Robbins' books include Unlimited Power: The New Science of Personal Achievement and Awaken The Giant Within. His seminars- Unleash the Power Within (UPW), Mastery University, Date With Destiny, and Wealth Mastery are booked way in advance. Perhaps a way to put his philosophy into perspective, where most of these seminars end with something like walking on hot coals to show confidence, Robbins’ begins with this at the end of his four day events. Robbins’ pushes his protégées from the first moment and challenges them.

The Anthony Robbins Foundation is another facet of this conglomerate. This charity organization focuses in on children, the homeless, prisoners and poverty. It has been rated high in the charitable organizations’ Charity Navigator- a nonprofit watchdog organization. One of the highlight programs this organization sponsors and organizes are the “Basket Brigades” in which groups collect donations and distribute baskets of food on Thanksgiving.

Over all the Anthony Robbins Organization is an umbrella for several companies all with the betterment of mankind in mind. This is not completely altruistic, events and programs are not inexpensive, however when the results are taken into account, the benefits are well worth the price. Attending one of his seminars or purchasing one of his audio or video courses is a step towards self improvement. The results of Mr. Robbins’ credo are evident and well worth looking into.

Coming up with a business name - I've always been curious about how people select their business names and would love to hear how you came up with yours. When I first started my company I was selecting between Evan Carmichael & Associates or the Carmichael Organization. The reason was I had read two books by Anthony Robbins and Donald Trump and learned about how they came up with their companies names to make them look bigger than they were when they were first getting started. Robbins chose Anthony Robbins & Associates while Trump chose the Trump Organization. I settled on Evan Carmichael & Associates and later changed it to Evan Carmichael Communications Group when I incorporated on the advice of my lawyer. I agree that it is not the most innovative name out there but my business is about building a brand. I would love to hear how you came up with your company name!

Relevancy of books through the ages - I am posting this to let us know that books through the ages had shapen the world we live in. The Bible breeds millions of Christians. Lenin got his ideas from reading book by Karl Max. Bill Clinton read 300 books in his university days. Anthony Robbins read 700 books to become a guru in his field Stephen Covey got his ideas through reading books published 500 years ago. A lot of internet marketers read Hopkins and Robert Colliers' book for inspiration. The Secret was inspired by The science of Getting Rich. Despite the "ease" and free time offered from internet use, one should be aware of the dangers and be prepared to avoid and safeguard him/herself from any attacks his/her computer may accept or even from the "unwanted" e-mails received. Golden Rules of Protection When using the internet make sure you have an antivirus program installed in order to avoid intrusions in your Computer, If you are using wireless internet connection make sure you have your connection locked, Do not save any official documents on your Computer, such as Copy of Passport, ID, Bank account numbers, copy of cards in case your Computer is hacked or even stolen, Keep all access codes/passwords in a safe place, Do not share an e-mail address with any person, Do not reveal any access codes, passwords to any person, If you are using a public Computer, ie in an internet cafe, make sure you log out any internet sites you have visited before leaving and deleting the cookies in order to minimize the risk of someone following your tracks, Regularly change your passwords on your e-mail accounts, or any other account that requires passwords, Be careful of e-mails received. Always check the e-mail address and in case you believe that this does not come from a person, Company, Organization you might be dealing with always send an e-mail to an e-mail address stated on the person's business card, Company's, Organization website requesting them to confirm that the e-mail address on the e-mail received belongs to them, before you reveal any information, Always have in mind that an established Company/Organization never uses an e-mail address such as g-mail, yahoo, hotmail etc thus always be careful when you are receiving such e-mails, even if it appears to be from a Company/Organization you are dealing with, Always remember that a Company or Organization will never require you to send them your login/password/access codes, When using a website that requires an access code, do not allow the browser to remember your passwords
