Spiritual Coaching Practice

The basics of spiritual coaching practice has nothing to do with religion. Spiritual coaching is more about personal wellbeing and the aura you throw off. I am a firm believer in the physical world, so before you click "back" hear me out. Some people have a "something" about them that comes with their presence and just makes you want to do what they want. I'm not talking about cult leaders either. Patton had it. Lincoln had it. Dr. Ruth has it too, that's how an old lady from Germany made so much money. It's more than character, its spiritual wellbeing. It's a skill and it can be learned.

Confidence, intuition and leadership ability as well as empathy and more energy can be gained from a good spiritual coaching practice. A healthy spirit helps in every aspect of your business and everyday life. How will it help in your business? Next time you walk into a retail store or restaurant note the general attitude of the people working there. I can almost promise you if more than one person has a bad attitude, seems less than friendly or just plain unhelpful, the manager is the same way. Bad ju-ju always seems to trickle downhill. People do tend to take their cues from the person they are working for and apply it, whether consciously or not, to the task they have at hand. While having a good energy will not change everyone's outlook at work- you'll always have bad apples, it will help you be more able to weed out the bad apples more efficiently and give you an opportunity to establish an in-house spiritual coaching practice of your own.

Basically a coach will approach things from many different angles to help someone else improve their output. But no matter what the coach's specialty, a great coach will touch on the spiritual as well. This could be something as simple as suggesting to you ways to unwind in the middle or beginning of the day as opposed to the end of the day. Some coaches will recommend Eastern style meditation while others will talk about a Western style of mediation (prayer). Whether effective or not, stress toys are a form of spiritual coaching as they allow tension and pent up energy a path to escape. But some form of relaxation has to be established for you to receive the message the coach is trying to send for you and to properly pass it on to the people you would like to receive your messages from.

The most effective people in business and in life are at ease with themselves and their surroundings. This is not to say they don't get upset or that they don't feel stress, but they do channel all those negative energies into positive communication, are assertive (not aggressive) and communicate of a spiritual level. A spiritual coach will help with that.

I have talked about empathy and applied empathy to customer service Not to get overly touchy-feely about it - you can put away the crystals- but true empathy, knowing what others feel, has to come with knowing self. Other types of coaching might help you understand your business practices, R&D goals and any of a number of different facets of your business, but spiritual coaching can free your mind and help with clarity and effectiveness. Remember that for this to work you have to be comfortable with it and there is no strict method of spiritual coaching that works for everyone, we all different needs and boundaries. Finding what works for you might require a little soul searching, but that is a good first step in a very productive journey.

Re: need pricing help please Re: need pricing help please - here's my opinion that was derived from the person I heard it from (Russell Brunson) I view internet Marketing products as a Ladder. At the bottom of the Ladder is ebooks and at the top is One on One Coaching. so the ladder would look like this starting from the Top ($$$) to Bottom($) One-to-One Coaching ($$$$$$) Workshops ($$$$$) Teleseminars ($$$$) Video($$$) Audio ($$) ebooks ($) I agree with this methodology mainly because of the convenience factor and value from the customers point of view.
no-cost Admin help no-cost Admin help - I agree with Wendy. what is the least amount you can start with to hand off to some one else for 1 hour per week. It can be on a pay or unpaid model. Let's say that you want to give away all your routine email correspondence away to someone else. How do you get this done for no out of pocket expense? Well, first ask yourself - what kind of person would take on such a task? What does this task offer in skill development that will be of value to someone? let's call this person who is going to help you an - Intern. The Intern would most probably want to build on the following skills: - Practice written communication - Improve on Email skills - Internet Research skills to answer some email correspondence There are resources out there such as Craigslist and Oodle.com where you can post such a job and you'd be surprised with the responses you will get to help you on such a project. Some of the responses you may get may come from International Students wanting to improve on their written English skills, 60+ individuals wanting to learn more about the Internet and bored stay at home parents...

My 26 pages report sell for $9.77
Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight - That is a great idea, David. This is what I had in mind for the Women's section, but it makes sense to post in on the main site. Of course, I'm waiting for some women to step up to the plate and share how they could use some support on taking the next step with their business! If you are a Business Woman reading this, I invite you to consider that this is not displaying weakness in any form. Peer mentoring and Coaching is incredibly valuable. You get to bounce your ideas off others, hear perspectives from outside your own box, and feel the power of others cheering you on. To me, it's wisdom to use all of our available resources to move towards business success. That's why I have my own Coach and my own Mentor Coaching Group. I also offer that to my clients. These are services one usually has to pay for and you could enjoy some of it free right here! So who wants to start? Can you tell I'm excited about the possibilities for you even before you begin? Warmly, Tami
Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight - Hi Everyone, Gosh, I REALLY appreciate your concrete feedback. This was far more than I expected and I'm glad you said what you thought straight out. Each of you have shared something of value and I want to take some more time to think and really go over what each of you have said. However, I can see there are some things I need to change right away. What an interesting point about a NEW program perhaps making people think they are guinea pigs! This is NOT what I want to convey! It's funny how we can see some things so clearly in others while not always seeing it for ourselves! I must admit there are a few things I've been meaning to change (like my bio which is very outdated). Obviously, these things need to be higher on my priority list. You caught me like the plumber who puts his clients first and doesn't get around to fixing his own tap! As far as my target market, I do feel quite strongly about working with Women Leaders and doing Leadership Coaching with them. It's non-negotiable in my books. In my Executive Coaching training, the terms "Leaders" and "Executives" are interchangable. To me, an Executive is a Leader and so is the Business Woman or Entrepreneur who is CEO of her own business. I love working with decision makers! What I did learn is that I need to avoid opening up the Leadership term beyond what I described above. I'm also wondering if there is a misunderstanding with the general public as to what Leadership Coaching really is. Leadership Coaching is all about developing your leadership skills, both as a people manager and in more effectively running and growing the business. There is ALWAYS room for growth in some way. As well, sometimes, we just need a sounding board to clarify what our next BEST step is. In fact, if a woman thinks she has nothing to work on, then we aren't a good Client/Coach fit anyway. How can she grow if she doesn't see the value of expressing ALL of the great ability within her? How can her company grow if she doesn't see the value of strategic planning for the next best level? Thanks again to you all! I will go back to my website and really question whether I am conveying the right message. I got more than I bargained for in this Spotlight... you generously offered way more than I was asking. I think we could be on to something great for the Forum. Now it's time to let someone else have the spotlight. It would be great if everyone took a turn! In gratitude, Tami
