THe Essential Gift to Give others for your own Success
As the recession bites we see more and more people in a
place of despair especially when society has taught them
to place all their eggs in one basket, relying on that one
job that they have invested in so heavily, in time, training
and in some cases hard earned cash with student loans
needing to be repaid as result of further education fees,
university, collage or local night school etc.
What a demoralizing way to start out into the working
environment. Nevertheless, that is how we are
programmed right.
Enter the recession! Huge amounts of people over th
last two years have advanced through life only to be
pushed back down; facing the adversity they have
always dreaded facing. That is an uncertain future,
through becoming a casualty of cutbacks and down
sizing, through the inability of their employer to provide
a stable working environment... Alas, it is too much fo
some people with disastrous consequences - some
paying the ultimate price.
At the very least, many have lost their ability to provide
for their family and themselves.
Paints a gloomy picture I know - hang in there though
this is going somewhere good - we have to cover th
pain before we get the gain. (Oh man who said we
have to do that).
What does all this mean? The positive out look that
was once present has been knocked back to be
replaced with the self defeatism of the negative thought,
with no glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel and the
word hope completely lost in their vocabulary and
thought process.
Then enter the word justify, which comes into play. They
must have a reason as to why things have deteriorated
the way it has and the acceptance of why they cannot
and will not have the things they have always wanted.
Paints a terrible picture doesn't it? So now you have
digested this, I hope that it is stimulating your mind in the
ways of turning those negative situations and thoughts
into a positive solution.
Ok David were are all ears! So what is the answer?
First let's ask ourselves a couple of leading questions?
What is it, that almost everyone is looking for?
But more to the point what is it you must provide in
order to rekindle their self worth and self-respect?
And pull them back from the brink - give them back
that warm glow so to speak.
Your job as the leader in your Online Business is to
provide hope - people are looking for the reassurance
that there is hope in the turmoil of their world and that
you have the answer to their prayers. They are looking
for a sign - a leader- That is you.
When you give this essential gift of Hope,you are
putting in place another skill - that of attraction marketing
where you are letting them know that you are worth
listening to and attracting the serious entreprenuer to you.
That's right - they are looking for the reassurance that
there is a light at the end of their tunnel making the word
hope a friendly and sort after result in their vocabulary
once again.
Give a person hope and you restore his faith, desire and
drive to take the action required to go forth and become
a resounding success. Giving them back the will to change
their world?
Now we know the human mind is amazing. The brain is the
most powerful CPU on this planet being able to process
billions of computations and outstrip the fastest most
powerful super computer. Being fed by millions of sensors
each contributing a specific input that builds the complete
picture of our world and then goes a stage further in being
able to think and react in a completely independent and
unique way.
The brain has the power to adapt to the information it is
being fed. The ability to select an irrational and illogical
solution as well as the rational logical one.
That's where hope comes in. From the very start ours
brains are programmed. It comprehends the inputs and
subsequent out put to enable mobility to be able to
interpret sight smell touch hearing and react and respond
intelligently. Learning from both wisdom and experience.
That's right we can control the information that is being
fed to our mind and subsequently control the stimulus that
provides the right environment for success.
Feed the right information Positive information and let
the mind focus on what can be achieved - provide the solution.
It's interesting when you consider this statement.
The rich get richer and the poor gets poorer. Why is that?
The simple answer being that the rich continue to do those
things that make them rich and the poor continue to do the
things that keep them poor. People develop habits. Now to
develop a habit and even better a success habit means you
need to repeat a process for 21 days to ingrain that activity
into your brain.
So you can give two people the same thing and get two
completely different results.
So this is our task in our business not to sell our product but
to gain the trust and confidence of those we are looking to
help by giving them hope. To nurture and cultivate the
positive ness within them. Showing them that there is a way
out of the world they are in - getting them above the quagmire
of their self-pity.
Give them self worth rekindle the desire and by helping that
person you to will succeed beyond your wildest dreams.
Take the focus off of selling your product and make it about it
about them and how you can help them with emphasis on
finding the solution. Solving their problems or challenges. Giving
them hope providing them with a leader that will guide them to
their solution.
My own view is this there are never any problems only a
challenge to be overcome.
Get that positive mindset and make a point to go out and help
just one more person achieve in life what it is they are striving for.
In doing so and by giving hope you will achieve your goals
It is essential that your mindset is one which focuses on what you
can achieve and is positive all the time. Grab your armour put on
your rhino skin and help your client with their solution at the same
time ensure you give that essential ingrediant HOPE.
