Innovative Home-Based Business - Teaching Babies Sign Language

Written by: Cesar Campos

Article Overview: You’re on the phone with the babysitter, frantic not knowing why your baby is crying. She’s tried everything that she should have but nothing seems to calm your baby. You start to panic thinking maybe he’s sick, but she insists that she checked and your baby just seems to be unhappy. Your heart drops to the ground as you wonder what could be bothering your precious angel. Your secretary comes in and announces an emergency meeting, so without finishing your conquest to cure the baby blues you're forced to hang up with the sitter. With a guilt stricken conscience and a heavy heart, you try to pay attention to the meeting. But you can’t help thinking how much better life would be as a stay-at-home mom.

Innovative Home-Based Business - Teaching Babies Sign Language

How do they do it? How could you do it? Could you find a way to make money from the comfort of your own home? What if you could earn a living while tending to these mysterious cries that infants are famous for? Oh, what a better dream it would be if you were psychic and could know exactly why your baby wasn’t happy!

Believe it or not there are such dreams can be a reality! You can have your own business, be your own boss, and even read your child’s mind in a sense. Don’t worry there’s no complicating pocket watch to wave in front of your infant. There is however a new, rewarding, fun, and growing popular home business. What is this magical wonder kept hidden from you, you ask? It’s called Kinder Sign.

Kinder Sign is the practice of using sign language to communicate with infants and toddlers. According to proponents of Kinder Sign, infants and toddlers have a desire to communicate their needs and wishes, but lack the ability to do so clearly. An infant is not able to coordinate his lips, tongue, breath, and vocal cords simultaneously to speak. The lack of ability to communicate, though wanting to so much, often leads to frustration and tantrums. But there is hope, because hand-eye coordination is possible, infants can learn to express their needs using simple signs for common words such as "eat", "sleep", "more", "hug", "play", "cookie", "teddy bear", “poop”, “blanky” etc. This can be accomplished before they are even able to produce understandable speech. An infant can start to learn baby sign language as early as six months old. Imagine how less frustrating it would be to know what your baby is wanting. Closer bonds are then able to be developed between parents and their babies. But there’s more, studies have shown that babies who know sign language have larger vocabulary, they speak in longer sentences, and they have higher IQs, as much as 12 points higher than babies who don’t sign.

One of the greatest things about this new work at home opportunity is that you don’t have to have a PhD, college degree, or even a high school diploma. Home business opportunities are everywhere, so where do you go to find the one that’s right for you? Where better to start then by helping yourself and frustrated moms like you. You are not alone in this big quest to be self employed. One way to get you on the road to financial and babysitter freedom is by finding a work at home business guide. So get started on being a successful, baby mind reading, entrepreneur! Oh but when you fire the babysitter, let her down nicely and do her a favour by passing on her this helpful web site.

Re: A great Women's Industry Re: A great Women's Industry - Actually as far as "women" industries are concerned, I've noticed more specialty niches popping up for products for new mom's etc. There's a woman on Twitter who even specializes in product for aunties. Now that more baby products are popping up to help new moms - wrking moms etc - I see that as a women's industry that women can REALLY own. Adding a blog for new moms will never get old. Babies are born every day and we all know - it's easy to get pregnant (for most) but what to do when the baby comes?
