4. Another popular form of earning affiliate income is two tier affiliate marketing, where you recruit affiliates and earn money on their sales. Social networking is extremely popular and two tier affiliate marketing ties in well with that. You can make good affiliate income as a two-tier marketer If you are able to teach people to duplicate what you are currently doing.

5. Joining affiliate marketing programs that offer residual income may appeal to you if you don't want to work for the rest of your life. For as long as a customer remains subscribed to a program you will earn residual income over and over. It just takes one sale to generate a stream of regular affiliate income.

A good example of residual income programs is Niche membership sites and they are extremely popular right now. The membership sites provide training and access to information products to their members for a monthly subscription, so that they can create a product of their own and put into practice what they have learned.

This is a great way for you to earn affiliate income over and over by selling memberships to these types of sites. As many membership sites tend to have good retention rates, you are assured of affiliate income on an ongoing basis. Residual income is a great way to make money as an affiliate marketer.

Residual income affiliate programs are also offered by some website hosting companies. This provides a very nice source of residual income for the affiliate marketer because people who sign up for website hosting services very often remain with the company for months or even years.

These are just a few of the many ways that a home internet business can make affiliate income. They also give you the opportunity to offer your website visitors a good variety to choose from while you earn multiple streams of affiliate income.

Internet Marketing Conference on SLife - I've been trying to log in but it keeps crashing.. anyways.. a friend of mine in BC plans on holding Internet Marketing Conferences on SecondLife and have the same top internet marketers that would normally be in Live Internet Marketing conference speak. Income will be generated from admission charges, product sales during breaks, sponsor tables, etc etc.. Just to get the ideas flowing in your head that anything you can do in the real world can be replicated in SL. There is no planned date as of yet for this conference.
Re: Affiliate Marketing - Open for Discussion - Hi GT Affiliate Marketing is one of the easier ways to get started making money online, but it does take quite a bit of work before you see any great results as you have to keep promoting constantly. It does teach you one hell of a lot about all aspects of Internet Marketing though as you will need to learn how to write and submit articles, create and maintain a blog, social networking is a great help to affiliates too..the list goes on and on. There are pros and cons to Affiliate Marketing, just as there are to any business. As has been suggested, he best policy is to proceed with caution and do some research before jumping in. As Carol has recommended, this topic thread in the EvanCarmichael.com forum is the ideal place to ask questions and seek further input on available Affiliate Marketing programs. If a person is serious about building an online business and is interested in Affiliate Marketing plans, they should approach the process as they would any other form of business. Research, ask questions, compare opportunities, participate in forums on online business and Affiliate Marketing. GT :-]
