For those of you who are seriously looking at ideas for a business of your own, I would suggest taking a look at Multi-Level Marketing, as you can make a lot of money if you do it correctly. In the past MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) opportunities were tried and failed by many people. Today the success ratio has increased greatly. This is because the Internet makes it possible to build a very large network marketing business from the comfort of your own home. As a business opportunity you make money when products are moved through your MLM organization. This is done by building a downline of distributors and then wholesaling and retailing products. 1. Selling products to retail customers is important. To exist every business needs to sell products. When you sell at the retail level you are increasing your cash flow because of the markup of the products themselves. A fast way to get products out to customers is by using the internet. The MLM company will ship the products for you. They even collect the money from the customers and send you commissions on a predetermined basis according to the compensation plan. 2. Building a large downline of distributors is where the money comes from in network marketing. You do this by personally enrolling people. The larger your group will become when you personally sign up more people. When the people you enroll are enrolling new distributors you also make money. Most MLM distributors will buy their own products and the company will reward you on a percentage basis for those purchases as well. Your income can increase dramatically as your group develops into hundreds or thousands of people. Using Internet based products allows you to build a worldwide operation much faster. Because there is so much competition in physical products such as nutritional supplements online, Internet products are a great way to build an MLM business. Ideas for this include membership training sites, shopping clubs, domain names, and much more. Anything that provides instant access online gives you the chance to build your business all around the world with no shipping involved. You can use the Internet to present your business opportunity by using a company provided website or by developing your own website. Many MLM companies provide excellent marketing materials that you can plug your Internet business into. For all these reasons we suggest network marketing as a perfect business opportunity. You certainly want to closely analyze MLM opportunities as you look at ideas for a business.

Why do people hate Network Marketing / MLM? - I've been looking at a number of different opportunities and end up meeting a lot of Network Marketing / Multi-Level Marketing people. Some of the offers look interesting but everyone I talk to about it says to avoid these guys like the plague - what's the deal? Why do people hate network marketers and MLM people so much? Is it not legit?
Re: MLM Marketing, youtube, and buzzirk mobile. - I have experience with MLM too. My initial reaction to the business was "snake-oil salesman" but once I got to understand the "overall business model" I am now an advocate to it. MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is also known as Network Marketing. I realized an MLM business is no different than any other business. One needs to focus on both words "Network" and "Marketing" and give both equal respect. Some people focus heavily on the Networking part but forget "Marketing". I've started to use Building on a Budget and Magnetic Sponsoring concepts in my NM business and have found that people don't get involved so much because of the product but more because of what you bring to the table as far as marketing systems and support. I have both products listed in my signature. you don't have to buy it as the link to the free videos itself provides you a good understanding of what is required to position yourself as my above paragraph. If you do plan on purchasing it I can tell you that the measly $40 will open your eyes BUT your upline will not be too happy (atleast in the short term) beacuse the system is not duplicateable. I wrote this post as a polar post to Bulmer's reply as I have exhausted the friends and family networking and realized i never really focused on marketing. My leads now are more qualified and open to hearing about my opportunity than the other way around. my 2 cents if you plan on growing an MLM or Networking Marketing business.
