1. Your own boss- Most people want their own business because they want to be their own boss and want to have the chance to get out from under the boss they already have.

Owning your own business means that you are the boss and no one will be able to tell you what to do or when to do it.

2. Make unlimited money - This is one of the biggest benefits because when you have a home business you are the one that decides how much money you make. With the internet your income will be based solely on the amount of effort you put into your business.

So if you take time to promote it as much as possible and do the work to get it built so it is successful then you can be sure that your hard work will pay off. Soon you will be living your dream life and making all the money you want to instead of just dreaming about these two things.

3. Work when you want to - You are the one that decides whether you work during the day or even in the middle of the night. With an internet business you are able to work any time of the day or night that best fits into your schedule.

4. Save money - Most people don't realize that you will be able to save money because there won't be any more commuting back and forth to work so you will save money on gas.

5. Spending time with family - This is another huge benefit. You will be able to spend as much time as you want to with your family and work when they are busy with other things. This way you don't have a lack of family time like so many families do these days.

Now that you know what these important benefits are you can make a more informed choice about whether or not to start your own work at home internet business. Take your time deciding because you want to be sure it is right for you but don't take too long because the sooner you get your business started the sooner you can start enjoying most if not all of these benefits for yourself.

The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
Re: Who inspired you to start? - Hi Evan, I was inspired by Mr. Bill Gates ever since I was a student learning Computers. But I was motivated for Internet as my Business, when I read his book "The Road Ahead" in 1995. It was in this book that Gates laid out his vision of an interconnected world built around the Internet. Based on the premise that life will be transformed by the convergence of inexpensive computing and inexpensive communications, Gates drew from his experience at the center of the personal computer revolution to give insights on the growth, evolution and impact of technology. I had always looked up to Bill Gates as my idol. When I read this book, it made me more focussed on Microsoft and Internet, The Internet was one of the upcoming things in this time.
