A great way to make some extra money without having a physical business is selling stuff on eBay. With eBay you will sell items on auctions and collect the money. You will ship the product to the highest bidder once you have received the payment. This is very simple and a great way to make online income.
Everything you need is provided for you with eBay. It is very simple to setup the actual auction. A template is provided and you just have to fill in the blanks and make a few choices.
Once you are up and running you can choose how long to run the auction. Most people let the auction run for at least a week, whilst others only list items for a couple of days. Listing for a week allows for the item to draw attention and get more people watching this item.
Doing office work online is another good way to make income without an online business. Online there are a few good sites that can refer you to others that have office work assignments. Using your home computer you will complete the request and once the job is completed you get paid.
You will most likely have to complete an application form and pass a screening test for these types of positions. Doing this will give you the opportunity to showcase your skills and earn from home by working for someone else.
Taking online surveys is something that many people do each day. On the internet there are many different online survey sites you can choose to join. You sign up and you are instantly ready to begin taking surveys.
For each survey you complete you will get paid a certain amount. Before deciding whether to participate you will want to find out what each survey pays. Taking online surveys can be a great way for a stay at home mom, or someone who is unemployed to make some extra money.

That's a misnomer, though - they're not ordinary people, they're people with established careers who can take their expertise and exploit it on the web.
Ways to generate income?
1) Sell your own material on the site. Ebooks, etc.
2) Join various affiliate programs that match what your website is about.
3) Google adsense - All my money comes from this... it's started out slow but as readership of my sites grown, the income has grown. Nothing to write home about yet...
4) Google adwords - the advertisers whose ads show up on Google Adsense. Unless you're selling big ticket items on your site you don't want to use it, your keywords can cost from 20 cents upwards.

I would have to say mine were:
1. Monthly Residual Income that exceeds all expenses by 110%
2. Free time to create and promote my own products (relies on #1)
3. 5% of all revenues generated by my team going to feed starving kids
Now that is "feel good work".
