This can be an important part of making sure that your down line stays happy with you so keep the lines of communication open. If necessary, you should always let them know they can call you one-on-one; a personal connection goes a long way.
If your down line has been loyal to you, take some time to make sure that they are rewarded for it; remember that your success is all about helping them succeed!
