RACS: Setting a New Standard in Concierge Services
With his newly launched RoundAbout Concierge Services, Terence Levin is determined to contribute a dimension of quality to both the service industry and the lives of his clients.
We all have such limits on our time,with much of it being taken up by work and other essential tasks which can often be long-drawn-out, stressful and frustrating. My company attends to these essential chores for people, freeing them up to enjoy more rest, relaxation and fun! Buying quality time is now a possibility, he smiles.
Having traded the serenity of the bush where he worked as a game ranger for many years in the Sabi Sands, Terence has quickly adjusted to the pace of hometown Jozi and spotted a gap in the market with plenty of opportunity for an excellent service.
I do everything from collecting dry-cleaning to handling travel and holiday bookings for busy people with plenty of services in between. With a degree in Communication, a qualification as a freelance fieldguide and heaps of energy and initiative, Terence is well placed to handle everything from research to party planning.
Im not the first person offering a concierge service, but I strive to bring a well-priced, superior service which is distinctive because my companys mission statement includes basic tenets like integrity, honesty, reliability, punctuality and above all, service with a smile I look forward to showing my clients what a personalized, professional service is all about!
With the aim of making his clients lives easier and simpler, Terence offers the following basic services:
Account paying (including cellphone, rent, lights and water, municipal rates);
Arranging vehicle cleaning, service, collection and delivery
Banking;
Cellphone services: general queries, contracts and upgrades;
Collection and delivery of prescriptions
Collection/Delivery of documentation including: SARS payments, PAYE, VAT and Provisional Taxes;
Copying, faxing and printing services
Delivering meals
Dry-cleaning (collection and delivery)
Gift-buying, wrapping, delivery and advice
Holiday/travel bookings (transport, accommodation & flights)
Making personal appointments;
Office equipment
Plants/flowers for the office/home
Postage/courier service
Reservations for movies/concerts/restaurants/sport
Specialised wilderness/bush trips
Subscriptions (magazines, newspapers)
More comprehensive services include handling:
Debt collection calls

- I think Infinity Cleaning Services sounds better than Elite Cleaning Solutions... Why the Solutions? What is there to be solved? You simply get a rag with some Windex on it and wipe away.... plug the vacuum and Vac Away, get a mop and mop away.

- Setting up Google alerts for your keywords can give updates about your site. Also the publicity you create in the social media sites will do help too

- Well just as an update, the package finally arrived on September 4th, which means the FedEx "Overnight Standard Delivery" turned out to take 4 days!
I decided to just keep the order since it caused so much trouble. Moreover, I don't want to have to deal with FedEx again to return the parcel back to the vendor.
