The very act of writing down names and taking action will give you and your hostess a better show. The next action is to call everyone and personally invite them. It is your job to give your hostess a couple of actions to take at a time so that she actually takes action without getting overwhelmed. Write out your hostess coaching system and start to work it. CRM Pro Program - There are programs like CRM pro that cost a lot but they do a lot of combination Direct mail and email and voiceblast. I have a karate school that uses something like that. I can get a lead -- then email use directmail and even fax. voicemail too. I also now of a cost effective program but I have to look the name up and get back with you. Hope this helps.

At the bottom of the Ladder is ebooks and at the top is One on One Coaching. so the ladder would look like this starting from the Top ($$$) to Bottom($) One-to-One Coaching ($$$$$$) Workshops ($$$$$) Teleseminars ($$$$) Video($$$) Audio ($$) ebooks ($) I agree with this methodology mainly because of the convenience factor and value from the customers point of view.
