2 Simple Ways to Make Money with Work at Home Data Entry Jobs Online

The number of opportunities for work at home data entry jobs online are growing rapidly as the internet becomes more popular each day. No longer do data entry jobs involve working in poor conditions for minimum wage. There are hundreds of companies out there looking to pay people good money for a whole range of different work at home data entry positions.
If you are skilled and experienced with spreadsheets and word processors, and are able to work well without supervision - then a work at home data entry job online may be just for you.

This article will explain the 2 different types of online data entry jobs, and how you can make good money with each:

1. Clerical Duties/Virtual Assistant

This involves helping businesses keep track of their documents, and often falls under the category of virtual assisting. The position involves imputing data into forms that are supplied by the company. The data itself ranges from numbers, to addresses... and anything in between. Data entry virtual assistants may also prepare letters and proofread/format prewritten documents.

These types of online data entry positions are generally more difficult to find than most, but they are out there. The best place to start is with online data entry job boards and see if you can find work there that is compatible with your skills.

One thing to note is that a lot of the better data entry jobs won't be posted on those boards. For this reason, it's also a good idea to join a network that connects employers with employees.

You may also want to try advertising your skills locally by distributing flyers and business cards, or placing cheap classified ads.

A final point to remember is that while technical, computer related skills are handy, they are not necessary. There are plenty of work at home data entry jobs online that are easy enough for a complete computer beginner to handle.

2. Ad Typing

These positions basically involve typing out ads for companies and distributing them throughout the internet. You get paid each time somebody purchases a product from your ad. It's perfect for anyone with the marketing gift.

Most of the time the company you work for will provide you with details on where to distribute the ads. Many companies also give you prewritten ads and easy to use submission software. This means all you have to do is copy the ads and distribute them around the internet.

A good way to increase your sales is to write articles about the product and place your ad at the end of them. People will take much more notice of an informative article with a product recommendation at the end... as opposed to a blatant advertisement.

A word of caution: there are a lot of work at home data entry jobs online that are scams. The company will ask you to write ads for a product that does not exist, and so you will never be paid for sales. The best way to avoid these situations is to make sure that you always research the company thoroughly before signing up for any sort of data entry position. Also, take a look at the products the company wants you to advertise to make sure they are legitimate. Purchase them for yourself if you need to. Thorough research beforehand will ensure you don't get involved in any scams, and that you are only dealing with legitimate, honest companies.

As you can see, work at home data entry jobs online are definitely a viable way to make an income... and there is no better time to get started than now as demand is high.

Re: Need A Review Of My Internet Marketing Blog Re: Need A Review Of My Internet Marketing Blog - Hi Jay, I tend to agree with the others. You have obviously put a great deal of effort into your site which you can be proud of and the content is great but there is just too much of it. As soon as I landed on your home page I was immediately distracted by a pop up message followed by another banner at the bottom-not good. I want to see your site and what you have to offer. A lot of visitors will just exit out at this point when what you want them to do is stick around and ‘take action’ by signing up to one of your offers. Try to streamline your site into your banker offers and a few others and if you want to lead people away from your front page to specific niche offers all about perhaps ’surveys’ or ‘data entry’ then just include a side widget for something like ‘Other Ways To Make Money On The Interent’ and take them away to another page with different banners etc but not all on your front page as they will be totally confused by all the offers and leave. My site below is very new with limited content to very specific offers and over the coming months I will be developing it to cover other linked pages to other areas of interest for the visitors, best wishes, Mal.
Re: We Have Another One... Re: We Have Another One... - Right after posting my last message I went to the online businesses section and noticed he had posted again since earlier. There are now 2 posts of his in there. At the time of writing this they are the top 2 posts in that section so they should be easy to find. I have also reported them both. I checked one of them and found many copies of it on different forums. One of them was the warrior forum and someone replied to it saying this... [quote:12zan0h6]This has been copied/pasted from Ideas To Make Money Online This guy also tried spamming my forum this way too, was banned quick - strongly advised to check his other 9 threads/posts I can almost guarantee if you google the first sentence you'll find more [EDIT: confirmed - all except his first are pasted from other sources - spamzer]. You'd think randomizing usernames would cross their minds...[/quote:12zan0h6] By the way, the ones on other forums are from journeyoflife7 (without the extra 7 that the new poster here as) which is the same as the one who was banned here. So it is definitely the same person, which means journeyoflife77 should also be banned. I already knew it had to be the same person but this confirms it.
