Simply put, as a Guest Blogger, you will provide a unique piece of content to another blog owner and you will grant them the right to post it on their website. Once your guest blog is posted, you will get recognition as the author, you will get a link back to your website and, depending on how popular the owner’s blog is, you will get new visitors to your website.

Unless you have received an invitation to be a Guest Blogger, you will have to do some research to find a suitable blog for your guest post, and then you will have to approach the blog owner with a proposal. You will experience the best success in making an arrangement of this sort if you assure the blog owner that your article is unique and written for their blog only.

The primary aim of all forms of traffic generation is to get targeted traffic. Keep this firmly in mind when looking for blogs where you can offer your services as a Guest Blogger: choose only blogs that are closely related to the theme of your website or your market niche. There is no better website visitor than one who is already qualified as a prime prospect.

Though article submission sites are there at one side, doing a guest post in a popular blog gives you the immediate results. That definitely redirects you new readers from that guest blog to yours, if you have a related blog then it works great. Of course, guest posting builds good relationship with other marketers and experts. This helps you to achieve a growth for the long term. Thanks.

I reviewed Traffic Geyser in the latest episode of "David's Den" on my blog (see sig file), included an excellent video review of Traffic Geyser by John Detlif and decided against taking that particular project any further. Still lots to get done!

You could test the market with PPC (track where you get your hits from;keywords and so forth and use SEO to get FREE traffic), or Free methods like article marketing.. For example Forum marketing Yahoo Answers (great for SEO to) But be careful not to bet banned. SEO of course Search Engine Optimization US Free Leads Article Marketing YouTube Twitter Yahoo blogs Blogging (blogger,squidoo, hub pages) Myspace Facebook Newspaper ads Craigslist etc. The list goes on. These are just a few I though of off the top of my head. Now that I think of it I need to start doing more myself. ideasuniversity had wrote quit a few good post on marketing/promotion, viral effects and such. You should check them out. Just a word of advice, make sure you have the write niche first. Anyway, hope this helps.
