Of course, your first step is to determine what market niche or theme will be the focus of your website or blog. Then you will want to add some good quality search-engine-optimized content to the site. Your aim is to attract targeted visitors who will be interested in the information you provide and who will also be prime prospects for the products and services you will sell.

Once you have a plan in place to add good keyword content, then you can choose which methods of monetization might work best for your blog. For various reasons, some methods work better than others on some blogs.

1. The best way to monetize your blog is with your own products or services if you have them. Most marketers find that their knowledge and enthusiasm is greater for their own products than for products provided by others. Choose products that fit well with the niche or theme of the particular blog being monetized.

When selling your own products, you will have to have a convenient system for collecting payment from your customers. The PayPal payment system is one such service that is popular. You might also research some of the "shopping cart" services available to online marketers.

2. If you do not yet have your own products, the quickest way to monetize a blog or website is with affiliate products or services. As an affiliate for a company, you will market and promote their products and will receive a percentage of each sale as your sales commission. In most cases, you will use referral links that send your prospects to a product page that is set up to complete the sales process for you. The company handles payment processing and order fulfillment, leaving the marketing up to you.

There are affiliate products and services for every conceivable marketing niche and you just have to do a little research online to find the products best suited for your blog.

Information products are popular among Affiliate Marketers because they can typically be delivered instantly via electronic download. Digital products can include eBooks or reports and audio or video resources.

3. Advertising networks are another popular way to quickly and easily monetize your blog. Google Adsense and Text Link Ads are two examples of advertising networks.

When you join an ad network you will provide space on your web pages where the network can serve ads directly whenever the page is opened. You will earn commissions based either on ad impressions shown, or on ad clicks from your visitors. This process will depend on the ad network. You will typically have control over the size, shape and type of ads to be displayed, as well as their positioning on the page.

These three ways to monetize your blog are among the most common, although there are a variety of other methods also being used. Monetization is relatively easy to do with today’s technology, so there is no reason why every blog and website can’t be monetized in some fashion using one or several of the available methods. If its purely Money, then Blog might be an appropriate answer. But consider this - It will be people (visitors) that will bring traffic to your blog and then Money will follow. This will be possible after a time and during this time it will be your friends who will be the starters. If you are looking for friends only, then its true that not many will be interested in knowing how you have beaten them in the game or the other way round. So it will be preferable to have a Forum where they can share ideas with you and others. But you can share your insider knowledge with them and invite comments from your Blog. You can also put up information on what others (including your friends) don't know about Tennis. The blog you create can provide News, Inside Information and also Techniques that can be used by the new entrants in the world of Tennis.

You have obviously put a great deal of effort into your site which you can be proud of and the content is great but there is just too much of it. As soon as I landed on your home page I was immediately distracted by a pop up message followed by another banner at the bottom-not good. I want to see your site and what you have to offer. A lot of visitors will just exit out at this point when what you want them to do is stick around and ‘take action’ by signing up to one of your offers. Try to streamline your site into your banker offers and a few others and if you want to lead people away from your front page to specific niche offers all about perhaps ’surveys’ or ‘data entry’ then just include a side widget for something like ‘Other Ways To Make Money On The Interent’ and take them away to another page with different banners etc but not all on your front page as they will be totally confused by all the offers and leave. My site below is very new with limited content to very specific offers and over the coming months I will be developing it to cover other linked pages to other areas of interest for the visitors, best wishes, Mal.

At the time of writing this they are the top 2 posts in that section so they should be easy to find. I have also reported them both. I checked one of them and found many copies of it on different forums. One of them was the warrior forum and someone replied to it saying this... So it is definitely the same person, which means journeyoflife77 should also be banned. I already knew it had to be the same person but this confirms it.
Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategy - I wanted to share more on the topic of Blogging and creating your own original content that you enjoy writing about. Here's a real example. My wife started her own little Web site a few years ago. It's a very simple, home made Web site she built all on her own. She had sort of a hobby of going into Dollar stores, purchasing a few inexpensive items for a buck or two. Then she would create something completely new (usually home decor) out of what she bought (often with the same value of creating something that was worth up to $15 or $20) if you bought it in other stores, but only using material she bought at a dollar store. So on this little Web site, she starts writing about her creations and take pictures of them etc. A few years ago, someone from an AOL Money and Finance Blog (called Wallet Pop) invited her to Blog for AOL. Today, she write for both the US AOL Blog and the Canadian AOL Blog as well as she continues with her hobby and keeping up her own Web site. The other Bloggers at AOL have nick-named her, "The Dollar Store Diva" and she often writes about budget decorating. What amazes me is that with no SEO and just her original content, she attracts huge volumes of traffic. She has done radio shows in Toronto (and nearly went to the US to do breakfast television) and most people would be so amazed to see the traffic spike she gets from Blogging. But once again, she is just writing about the stuff she loves to write about. She is having fun with creativity and she now has a huge following of readers and subscribers.Others are decorating their homes with her ideas and their doing it with next to no budget. If someone is creating a Web site or a Blog, the best thing you can do is try something original on your own, but make it something that you love to write about.

Well, I have learned from realhomebasedsuccess dot com that there are home based business opportunities and ideas that could be our option such as: -Selling Goods or Providing Services Online -Making Money through Direct Marketing -Becoming an Affiliate Marketer -Getting Paid on a Click Thru but I was thinking which is the best one and most effective in terms of generating consistent Ongoing Profits.
