People are seeing their future ">retirement income disappear due to inflation. Many are facing the reality that even in a good economy having multiple incomes is better is than one. For those thinking of a comfortable retirement, extra retirement income is going to be a necessity as well

Even people who have been fairly self-sufficient have been affected by what's going on in our economy today. Retirement incomes had disappeared and people are facing the aspect of working longer or even taking a second job.

So what happens if one spouse decides to stop working and the other can't? This can create stress both financially and emotionally.

One thing to consider right now is how you could create some extra retirement income for yourself in the future. It certainly is possible to address that today by looking for Internet income opportunities.

You may be familiar with the phrase residual income. Chances are you are not very aware of the phrase linear income.

A linear income is where you go out and work can get paid an hourly wage or salary. Some people choose to supplement their retirement by taking a part time job and earn a linear income.

You can also develop residual income by building websites or blogs and learning how to drive traffic to them. You can monetize those with income producing programs such as Google Adsense that will pay you every month.

You can do this from the comfort of your own home. You do not have to go out and find a part time job and go to work after you have retired.

You can experience the thrill of receiving extra retirement income every day when you log on and check your inbox. If you want to continue work and build up this extra income you can always do that as well!

Re: Two Useful Books To Help You Focus On The CLIENT - Hi David, To add to your thread, I'd like to recommend Jonathan Tisch's "Chocolates On The Pillow Aren't Enough: Reinventing The Customer Experience". Tisch's book includes content on "Welcoming Customers", "The New Art of Customization", "The Challenges of Customer Diversity" and "Offering Something Extra to Your Customers" to name a few.
Internet Marketing Conference on SLife - I've been trying to log in but it keeps crashing.. anyways.. a friend of mine in BC plans on holding Internet Marketing Conferences on SecondLife and have the same top internet marketers that would normally be in Live Internet Marketing conference speak. Income will be generated from admission charges, product sales during breaks, sponsor tables, etc etc.. Just to get the ideas flowing in your head that anything you can do in the real world can be replicated in SL. There is no planned date as of yet for this conference.
$1,000,000 - Hi Evan, Are you talking about US Dollars? If so, that would be approx £500,000 in the UK. The Canadian Dollars differs also from the Australian Dollar. In any case, one needs to solve problems to help people to get money. The more solutions are given to people's needs to solve their problems, the closer one gets.
