It’s Not Your Fault You CAN’T Get Home Party Bookings! It’s Not Your Fault that you are
struggline to make home party sales. The popularity of party plan businesses is
astounding.
That home parties are fun is a fact! It is an awesome thing to know that you can make money
throwing parties at home and that is why you decided to do this. There is nothing like hanging out with
friends and selling merchandise at home parties. But you can’t sell if no-one is booking parties!
- How would you like to have an abundance of people saying YES to you and your offers?
- Would it be worthwhile for you if you could have more people say YES to booking a party?
- What would happen if more guests purchased at every party?
It's not as hard to get people to say YES as you might think and actually you probably already know several ways to do so BUT you may not be implementing what you know or you might be missing one element that makes your presentation less effective.
Home Party booking & Direct Sales Recruiting Tips:
1. Present Your Credentials: Botton line here is what have you done for me lately! What this does is answer the question in your prospects mind “Why should I do business with you?”
As a party plan consultant it is absolutely important for me to know the psychology of women.
Here is one thing I will tell you:
Women shop by soliciting the opinion of other women. And we all know how that goes. If someone doesn’t like you…no matter how credible you are its over!
2. Get testimonials:-. Get recommendations. People like to know that you are in the in crowd! NEVER let your customers leave without writing something good about you. Get pictures too of results that your services and products have given!
Why do you do this?
- You show benefits. No one likes a dog and pony show. Features are great, but what good are they if I see no benefit. Before and after pictures are the best.
- You give what we call social proof. People are like lemmings, we flock where everyone else is. Compel the social proof in your favor!
- You have got to be something remarkable. When people talk about you, then everyone wants to be in your space!
4. Follow Up & Follow Through: Get contact information.
- Create a monthly newsletter that allows you to be a solutions provider
- Follow up with calls [please don’t hound people, stalking people is not cool]
- Send note cards
- Do promotions
WARNING: Do not confuse your prospect. Confused people ALWAYS say no!
If you lead with an offer to host a party then don’t switch to I know you would do very well in this business.
If your offer is to buy, don’t push them into being a hostess.
6. Sit back, Relax and watch yourself succeed!
