"If you think you can, you can actually achieve what you want to". This mindset is the prosperity consciousness and it is popular among the New Age and New Thought communities. The fact is, all of us want to become rich, amass enough wealth so that we can live the life we want. All of want to buy that great property, go on that exotic vacation and own that fabulous new sports car or luxury sedan. But how many among us actually do end up achieving these? The answer is not many'. This happens because far too many people either do not have the confidence in their knowledge and abilities, or never end up taking the necessary action that can lead to wealth creation. But with prosperity consciousness and your efforts, you can surely achieve the results you dream of.

Yes it is important to generate wealth first in the mind before you can start doing this in real life. Focus yourself on success and place yourself in a situation where you see yourself successful, and you will see that eventually your mind will force you to take necessary action that is essential for you to become successful. Begin to expect good things in your life and keep the faith, even though it may seem at times that your business is not taking you anywhere (this happens to all of us). Prosperity consciousness is powerful because if you think you can, you really can'.

We all deserve to achieve what we want to and be happy not just financially, but also emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually as well. But unless you are financially well off and happy, you will find that you really cannot be happy in other ways too. This is why so many people who are financially not prosperous are often faced with other problems as well.

However often people are not able to stay positive and think prosperous. But luckily there are many books you can read, listen to motivational CD's and even attend seminars that can help you train your mind once you have understood and accepted the importance of prosperity consciousness. Yes the key to becoming wealthy is to know how to first control your mind because the seeds of both success and failures are reaped in the mind.
