3 Tips to Discover How Much you can Blog about Even as a New Internet Home Based Business Owner

You are a newbie to internet marketing and are nervous to start a blog as you feel that you will not have anything to blog about. Don't worry it really is not that difficult.

The main problem that most beginner online marketers face is the question of what to blog about. In this article you will learn that it is not that difficult, there is plenty of information available that can be found as useful content.

1. Ask yourself this question.

Q. When you need to find out information what is the first thing that you will do? A. Look up information and read books on whatever the subject is that I need to find out about.

This can be turned into your greatest asset. You can begin by blogging about this very situation. People are always interested in how one goes about learning things and this can make an excellent subject for a blog post.

Another way in which this could be done is by visiting forums and asking questions. By asking questions and getting replies to them, you will then be able to write a blog post in the form of a question and answer theme.

2. Make it a habit of reading with the possibility of using the material of whatever you are reading as a possible article to post on your blog. That does not mean copy it word for word as that is an infringement of copyright and is tantamount to stealing someone else's work. Read everything with a view to getting ideas for content that you can then blog about.

For example a book review or a response to someone else's article is a very useful way to find content.

If you do talk about someone else's article then it is always a good idea to acknowledge the author in your review and maybe even offer a link to the original article. You will not lose readers by doing this. People will respect you more and consider you trustworthy and will return to your blog for more good advice.

3. Another idea is to write about your own personal experiences and each new thing you discover as you move forward with your internet based home business. What you learned and how you succeeded each step along the way is of great interest to other online marketers, as it can help them along their own journeys towards success.

Apart from these obvious benefits you will also be adding your own views and personality to your posts and your readers will get to know you on a more personal level. These readers will begin to consider you a friend and an expert whose judgment they can trust.

You don't ever have to worry that as a beginner you have nothing to say. You will find that the more you write, the easier it becomes and by following these ideas, you will never lack for content for your blog, You will turn yourself into an internet marketing expert with a with many topics to write about

Re: Who inspired you to start? Re: Who inspired you to start? - Hi Evan, I was inspired by Mr. Bill Gates ever since I was a student learning Computers. But I was motivated for Internet as my Business, when I read his book "The Road Ahead" in 1995. It was in this book that Gates laid out his vision of an interconnected world built around the Internet. Based on the premise that life will be transformed by the convergence of inexpensive computing and inexpensive communications, Gates drew from his experience at the center of the personal computer revolution to give insights on the growth, evolution and impact of technology. I had always looked up to Bill Gates as my idol. When I read this book, it made me more focussed on Microsoft and Internet, The Internet was one of the upcoming things in this time. So I took over to the Internet as my primary business. Regards,
Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategy Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategy - Hi David, I agree about the Blogosphere. You have a smaller group that Blog, but do so on the premise that they think they should, but have never really considered the purpose of their Blog. Then I think there are a few SEO or Internet Marketing types that see Blogging as just another link building strategy. But the largest group of Bloggers, tend to be people who enjoy writing and discussing their topics of interest. Blogging is good for link building, but the true Blogger is a breed apart from the rest. They want to dialog, to debate, to have feedback and they are very willing to link to other worthwhile conversations that are relevant to their topic. I agree with you. These group of Bloggers obviously are passionate about their writing and together, they create huge conversation trails interactive and travel from Blog to Blog. But the evidence is clear with this group that loves what they write about. With comments enabled on a Blog and having a Blog tuned to a specific purpose you already have the evidence of original Social Media.

Job titles Job titles - [quote:3shpwvxj]In fact, I've had friends tell me that "Founder" is better than "Owner" since it's less possessive.[/quote:3shpwvxj] For myself, I don't care for the term "Founder" [i:3shpwvxj]because [/i:3shpwvxj]it's not possessive. You can be the founder of a company and have sold it - so it no longer belongs to you. However, if you call yourself "Owner" - people know the company is still in your hands. But I don't like Owner, either. I'd prefer President or Director, because one can be an absentee owner, whereas if one is a President or Director, people assume you're involved in the day to day activities. Manager, on the other hand, wouldn't work if its your business, because (to me, anyway) that implies that you "manage" for someone else - like at a restaurant.
