A blog is an important part of your internet marketing campaign but for some reason you find that you lack the time required to keep it updated with new and useful content on a regular basis. If you find that you are battling to write blog posts in the time you have available, there is a simple solution.

You can take advantage of PLR content packages!

Private label rights or PLR packages are information products that you can purchase and republish under your own name. Generally when you buy

these content packages you also have the right, apart from adding your name to it, to make changes or rearrange the content to suit your own needs.

When purchasing PLR content with publishing rights ensure that you have permission to make changes to it before posting to your blog. One of the main reasons for modifying the original content is that in all probability there are many other people besides yourself purchasing this product. In fact there are probably hundreds of people purchasing it and in order to have unique content, so that you do not get penalized by the search engines for publishing duplicate content, you need to be able to make some changes to it.

The changes that are essential to make before posting it on to your blog are as follows:

1. Change the title of the article and add you keyword phrases in to it.

2. Rewrite the first and last paragraph in you own words.

Apart from these changes you should make a few alterations within the body of the article and sprinkle your keywords here and there throughout, but only a few times, you do not want to be accused of keyword stuffing. Always ensure that the article makes sense and flows when you add your keywords to it.

Keep in mind that your posts will be read by real people and this should be your main concern. Always keep in mind that you must write the kind of posts that people will enjoy reading if you want them to take notice of what you are saying. You do not need to waste too much time on modifying each article, about five to ten minutes per article is quite sufficient. Remember that the more you modify a PLR article the better it will be for your blog when the search engines crawl your newest posts.

If you are not happy using PLR articles on your blog, but would be more comfortable with your own unique articles, then you could use them as a way to get ideas and save time on research when you suffer with writers block and cannot come up with ideas on your own. Just a word to the wise if you wish to go the PLR route, remember that like anything else the quality of PLR content can vary from poor to excellent. You can easily purchase product at a very cheap price, but chances are that the quality may be extremely poor and thousands of people may have already bought and used that same product.

So before rushing in to purchasing any PLR product there are two points that are worth taking in to consideration:

1. If the product is cheap it generally will be filled with really poor quality offerings that are lacking in content or very badly written. If you are trying to build a good quality blog that is filled with useful and valuable content then it is important that you do some due diligence and rather spend a little more to get the kind of product that will benefit your internet based business blog.

2. How many times before you got there has this product been sold and used by other internet marketers? Cheap packages are generally sold in the thousands and because they are cheap there are always buyers who will purchase and publish them without bothering to make too many changes to them. It is generally a better idea to search for good quality PLR content packages as these also tend to have a limit on the number of people that will be able to buy them.

With a little bit of research you will find that there are many good quality PLR content packages available, so if you are finding it difficult to keep your internet home business blog updated with new content then modifying PLR articles that are good quality for your blog is a great way to keep your blog filled with fresh and interesting posts.

Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategy - Hi David, I agree about the Blogosphere. You have a smaller group that Blog, but do so on the premise that they think they should, but have never really considered the purpose of their Blog. Then I think there are a few SEO or Internet Marketing types that see Blogging as just another link building strategy. But the largest group of Bloggers, tend to be people who enjoy writing and discussing their topics of interest. Blogging is good for link building, but the true Blogger is a breed apart from the rest. They want to dialog, to debate, to have feedback and they are very willing to link to other worthwhile conversations that are relevant to their topic. I agree with you. These group of Bloggers obviously are passionate about their writing and together, they create huge conversation trails interactive and travel from Blog to Blog. But the evidence is clear with this group that loves what they write about. With comments enabled on a Blog and having a Blog tuned to a specific purpose you already have the evidence of original Social Media.
