You want a system that does the selling and telling for you. Also you want a system that trains you and the people who join your team for you, so you do not have to spend time doing it. It is also great to have a call center and an application process where people pay and must fill out an application on why they want to work with you, before you even speak to them. This put money in your pocket as well as makes sure you do not waste time with "tire kickers" (People who aren't serious).
