You can have thousands of leads and still make no money because of this one simple thing, closing. Closing a sale is the step that gets you paid. The whole process of marketing and getting leads means nothing if you don't close and this is the part most marketers have problems with.
The easiest way to close sales is to invoke emotions when communicating with your prospects. Most people buy based on their emotions so if you can get your prospect to feel emotions about your product or company they will move forward. You can ask a question like, "can you imagine yourself pulling into your dream home where your family is waiting for you at the pool and then joining them for a day of fun, not having to worry about a 9 to 5. You see this picture brings about emotions and usually the answer is yes.
You must also be able to tell the difference between a prospects and a suspect, a serious lead and a curious lead. A large amount of your time can be wasted if you can not distinguish a buyer from a person who is not going to do business with you. So you must ask a question called a trial close. A trial close is a question like this, "do you see potential to change your life and live your dreams with this company? This is a trial close because you are not asking the person to get started. You are just gauging their interest level and if they say yes, then go for the close. If they say no, then move on to your next prospect.
Closing sales is and art that takes some time to master but an essential skill to learn because that is how you get paid. Once you get good at closing you are set for life because you can use that skill with any product or company of your choice to get paid. So continue to market and driving traffic but master the skill of connecting and closing.
