Unfortunately most people will never make a dime in their MLM home business. Why do you think this is? Well part of it is that most people are just not cut out to be entrepreneurs. But there is another reason people are failing in their MLM home business. It's because most marketers are making big mistakes and don't even know they should be avoiding some of the things they are doing.

One thing that you should avoid in your MLM home business is elevating your prospect above yourself. Most people that want success in their business are constantly doing this. For example, most failing marketers treat their prospects like their time is more valuable than theirs. This is why no on joins them or buys from them. They should feel like it's a privilege to have the opportunity to work with you. Make people qualify for your time and don't be scared to blow people off. This is the type of presence you should have if you want to be successful.

Another characteristic that you should avoid is trying to convince people instead of attracting them. People say things like, "I know you can do this" or "I know you'll be great at this." When you do this you are giving away your power. You look like you need this person instead of them needing you. Remember people are looking for leaders. Let people convince themselves.

I don't like reading extremely long articles so I'm going to keep this one short. There are a few other things you should avoid, but I will hit on those in other articles. For example, the Home & Garden Industry is extremely behind the time in regards to their websites. I attended an Home & Garden Expo in Denver and collected all the companies contact information. I plan on cold calling & mailing information to each business. It also gave me time to research the industry more, talk directly to the owners in many cases, and learn more about what they need. Jeff
