Being an Internet marketing is a tough game. Especially being a successful Internet marketer. People read the stories of average people turned millionaires and are over whelmed with the feeling, "If they can do it, I can do it." They picture themselves with the dream homes, luxury cars and fabulous vacations and immediately sign up not knowing what they've gotten themselves into. They have big dreams of being top producers, but no idea what it take to actually become one. Unfortunately after 90 days those same people have lost their motivation, start thinking the company they joined is a scam or have already quit and went back to working their 9 to 5 building someone else's dream. But for the few that persist pass 90 days will they become successful? Maybe, maybe not. I'm going to share with you two steps that you may have heard before, but may have over looked or didn't take seriously that has allowed me to become a top producer in my primary business.

The first step to becoming a top producer is to immediately change your mindset. Now most people don't know or understand that changing your mindset from an employee mindset to an entrepreneurial mindset is not a fast process. An this is why most people fail. They think they can read something or listen to something about personal development one time and they are automatically a new person with a new way of thinking and acting. That's not true. Most people starting a home based business have been acting or thinking a certain way for 20 plus years of their life. So it makes absolutely no sense to think you are a changed person from reading or listening to something one time. Knowing that, if you don't do daily personal development, which most people don't do, you will go back to your employee way of acting and thinking and guarantee that you will fail. Hopefully I've made my point, because this is the first step I took and understood to become a top producer and what you must do if you want to be come one.

The second thing you must do to become a top producer in your primary business is become an expert marketer. Not just an expert Internet marketer, but an expert marketer period. This means not only do you dominate against other marketers online, but you do the same offline. Which means you have the presence and the posture of a leader when speaking to people. The way I became an expert marketer is by buying every valuable course I came across and by joining the top marketers in the world and having them teach me exactly what they do. Many people reading this are probably thinking, " are you crazy!" Well buying every valuable course I came across is the exact reason why I'm in the top 3% of marketers online because I invest in myself which allows me to know much, much more than the average marketer. Knowing more than your competition and being able to teach what you know is the deciding factor in how much money you will make. An that is what has allowed me to become a top producer, knowing more than others. So if that is what you want to do you must know more than others.

Becoming a top producer in a business online is something that everyone want to do, but a road most people are not willing to travel. Are you? If you follow the strategies given in this article and becoming a top producer will be inevitable.
