Multi level network marketing has been around for a while now, so they should know that the world, network marketing, people in general are constantly changing and that old 1990's marketing methods will not be effective in this day and age. Unfortunately more and more people are finding this out the hard way, while multi level network marketing continue to train people how to be ineffective marketers. Basically running a no profit business from the discomfort of their home. This is part of the reason why our industry's reputation is not so good and the industry is look at as a scam. Because of this, multi level network marketing people continue to spend more than they make and most quit within their first 90 days. You see MLM multi level network marketing compensation plans are set up so you have to have an army of people in your downline to receive a checks each month, which really aren't that big for the effort you put in. Instead of selling their product and getting a big pay off for it, the money made for that large sell or member, is divided into smaller amounts of money so it can be distributed to your upline. And they will receive that extra pay in their next monthly check. This same scenario happens when some in your downline makes a sale or sponsors someone. But we both know everyone is not cut out to be a entrepreneur and people are quitting as fast as joining. So it is hard to build a small army to receive that monthly check. Especially with the lack of training your receive. Recruiting is slow because your buying leads, cold calling, bothering family and friend and now MLM companies are saying they have a special email you can send out to your contacts that will get your warm marketing to join. Most people didn't get started in network marketing to receive small checks and stress. People start working from how to leverage the power of the Internet to receive large checks daily and have more time freedom to live a life of their design. This is impossible to do with multi level network marketing, but many people who still have faith are finding the solution to living their dream lifestyle. I can not speak about a specific company but many people are finding the solution to the life they deserve. When looking for a organization to join you want to a company that pays you daily, plus pay you a residual monthly check the more your downline grows. That means you want a business that helps you set up your own merchant account that is connected to your bank account, so when you make a sale you get paid immediately. You also want a business that trains your team how to market on the Internet for you, has 20 plus training calls a week, has a call center that calls your leads and closes sales for you and a product that is rare and in demand. Those are just a couple of things you want in place that most multi level network marketing companies don't. As you can see most MLM companies just don't have the necessary things in place for you to make maximum profit and are not teaching people how to effectively using the Internet. My initial reaction to the business was "snake-oil salesman" but once I got to understand the "overall business model" I am now an advocate to it. MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is also known as Network Marketing. I realized an MLM business is no different than any other business. One needs to focus on both words "Network" and "Marketing" and give both equal respect. Some people focus heavily on the Networking part but forget "Marketing". I've started to use Building on a Budget and Magnetic Sponsoring concepts in my NM business and have found that people don't get involved so much because of the product but more because of what you bring to the table as far as marketing systems and support. I have both products listed in my signature. you don't have to buy it as the link to the free videos itself provides you a good understanding of what is required to position yourself as my above paragraph. If you do plan on purchasing it I can tell you that the measly $40 will open your eyes BUT your upline will not be too happy (atleast in the short term) beacuse the system is not duplicateable. I wrote this post as a polar post to Bulmer's reply as I have exhausted the friends and family networking and realized i never really focused on marketing. My leads now are more qualified and open to hearing about my opportunity than the other way around. my 2 cents if you plan on growing an MLM or Networking Marketing business.

WHen you join them they endorse you with the promise giving you ready made FREE websites, autoresponders, ezines, traffic tools and you think that you get 2000$ bonus when you join them, but you have to pay certain amount of money monthly to join them and you have to make referrals (refer others to the same program) so you could return your money back. In Most MLM programs you will have to refer at least 4 new members to the same program to be in profit which becomes frustrating for most people, especially newbies. But recently, there was program called Cruise to Cash which is good program (they don't consider themselves MLM although). MLM can be good opportunity for entrepreneurs having large list. For newbies, it is most times another oppotunity to get scammed. Orxan

Well, after looking into it I'm pleased to announce that this feature is now available. Thank you everyone for the suggestions! We've also added names for members based on how much they post. Level one is Newbie, Level 2 is Intern, Level 3 is Employee and so on... There are 10 levels in total. I'm looking forward to seeing how everyone does! Keep the suggestions coming - they are great!
Re: What inspires you? - Another inspiring thing is which I really likes "Most People Fail because, their dreams are small". Most people like to engage with something or teh other. If they can truly listen to their inner voice and work towards achieving it, then you can see "miracle in action". So, big changes happen, when you think BIG.
