Why Only 3% of Internet Marketers Who Use Twitter, Myspace and Facebook get Results! -100% Profit

Only 3% of Internet marketers who use twitter, myspace and facebook get results because the other 97% think that there success depends on the amount of followers or friends they can acquire. You see a person could have 100,000 friends or followers but that means nothing if none of them know who you are. You must talk to and build relationships with people. So if you do post an ad or recommend something your followers and friends will trust you. That is why I could have a small list of friends and followers and produce leads and sales and someone else could have a large list and produce nothing. If you don't remember anything else in this article remember this, the number of friends or follower you have means nothing if they don't know you.

Another reason why only 3% of Internet marketers who use twitter, myspace and facebook get results is because the other 97% pitch a sales in every message. If you don't know already people hate to be sold to. They love to make there own choices. I get hundreds of spam direct messages everyday on twitter. You know, if I glance at the message a person has sent me and I see a link. I don't even read it and move on to the next message without a link in it. An I bet you I'm not the only one who does this. When you do that people are thinking I don't know you, I don't trust you and I didn't ask for a link. That's why people who do that get no result. And please don't be fooled by pictures. Just because a person looks professional in there picture and has a link in there messages doesn't mean they're making money online.

97% of Internet marketers who use twitter, myspace and facebook don't get results because of small things like their pictures, background on there profile, music, etc. Now, it is true you will not be able to appeal to everyone but you must look and be appealing to most. A picture of you looking angry with dirty clothes in the background is not going to attract more people to you and create sales. It going to make your serious prospects stay far away from you. Now I know most people already know that but there are some who need to be told. It is the same with the music you choose. Does it have a positive or negative message? Is the language vulgar? Yes be yourself because people that are genuine are the most successful but also be professional.

Well as you can see building no relationships, pitching sales all the time chasing you prospects and the wrong look and feel people get from you is the perfect recipe for wasting your time. Do these thing and your out come will be no results. Now there are a couple of other factors but I hate long articles. I hope this article opens people's eyes and changes there way of thinking. If it did and you apply what has been taught in this article results will follow.

Re: Facebook or Twitter? Re: Facebook or Twitter? - Thanks for the feedback guys! I personally started with Twitter and am now moving over to Facebook. I polled people on both my accounts and (not surprisingly) the Twitter people said Twitter and the Facebook people said Facebook! The actual order of my social media presence looks like this: 1) LinkedIn (with little success) 2) Twitter 3) YouTube 4) Facebook
Re: Twitter vs Facebook Re: Twitter vs Facebook - I use Facebook pages for Business and rarely ever use Twitter. I hace lost count of the no. of Hotels that I have visited, regarding their marketing campaigns, that may have 5k Facebook Fans and only 100 followers on Twitter. It is a lot more difficult to engage with people on Twitter and thus harder to gain traction. If you are a business like Nike, then Twitter is great, but if you are an SME, then focus on Facebook or LinkedIn (if you are providing a professional service.) You can always have your Facebook feed directly in to Twitter, so you can have a presence on both, but do the work on one. Also check out ping.fm for managing campaigns - it is a free tool, and a great time saver.
Re: "Isn't social media just for kids?" Re: "Isn't social media just for kids?" - Well I hated to be the one to point it out, for it is a very interesting topic!! I seam to always be late haha The kids of today are the leaders of tomorrow and we need to keep up with what they are doing. Facebook the kid that started that is a billionaire or something rather. I have cloths older then him HAHA! Twitter my goodness!! Myspace even attracts audiences. There are so many social sites out there and those who are afraid of them need to really get over it. It is the way of the future, like it or not.... ;0)
Facebook vs Myspace Facebook vs Myspace - I'm doing better on Myspace than I ever did with Facebook... but mebbe that's just me...
Re: Twitter direct messages qustion Re: Twitter direct messages qustion - Twitter just takes so much time reading through updates and socializing with people, without much benefit, in my opinion. I sometimes post updates myself when I have time or feel I have something to share. My blog posts are automatically updated to Twitter and Facebook. In fact, I get more of a response to my updates from Facebook than I do from Twitter. I would much rather spend more time on Facebook.
