Seven Steps To Success.

Success is a product of our habits, our habits determine what we do with our lives. Habits are made up from three things skill, knowledge and desire. Skill makes us aware of what we must do, knowledge let us know what to do and desire is the drive and motivation behind it. To be successful first you must master your habits. Here are seven steps in helping you to change your habits.
1.    Be Assertive and Proactive.
Success is your responsibility no one else's so make sure that you are making wise choices to determine rewarding results. Choose to control your life otherwise your circumstances will end up controlling you.
2.    Put First Things First.
Make sure that you are doing everything you possibly can to reaching the finish line. You can choose to do whatever it takes and never give in to feelings and circumstances.
3.    Keep The End In Mind.
See where you would like to end up. Visualize where you will be, what you will be doing, how much value have you given to others. Keep sight of your goals, assess them daily to keep you in perspective.
4.    Seek First To Understand.
Make sure that you understand people, so that they can then understand you. Listen before you speak, people love to be heard. Get people to repeat back to you what you have said, so that you know they have a clear understanding of what you said.
5.    Think It Is A Win-Win Situation.
Do not look at fellow entrepreneurs as competition. Instead ask how you can accomplish what you want at the same time as helping them accomplish their wants.
6.    See Potential Joint Ventures.
You will see greater results if you work with others. Joint ventures is a business partner that will benefit from you helping them out, at the same time as them helping you out. For example say you have a great product to offer them that they do not have, while they have a website that generates endless amounts of traffic. See when you join together you both benefit in a way that you could have on your own.
7.    Find Your Value.
Find what you can offer the world. Find your unique contribution and share it with others, then help others to find their value so they are able to do the same.
If you keep these things at the front of your mind, then you will be on your way to the top. Always remember that your success is completely your responsibility, so go after it with determination and never give up.
