Business Text Messaging - Stop Throwing Your Advertising Dollars Away

Considering using business text messaging? Use it properly and you could easily double your business. In this article I will tell you why this advertising method is imperative to the future of your business growth and how you can access it.

Here are the facts:

97% of cell phone users will not leave home without their cell phones and 90% of those people have their cell phones within three feet of them all day long.

So, what if your business is having a slow day and you decide to send out a text message to a few hundred of your subscribers offering a great discount if they come in today? And what if your text message offer gets a whopping 97% open rate within minutes of you sending it?

Do you think that could have an impact on your business? Heck yeah! That's how business text messaging works.

The simple fact is that people love text messages. They like to open them. They are non-invasive compared to phone calls. They get instant results. If you send an email you may only get a 20% open rate and it could take hours or even days for people to open and read that message. The number of people texting just keeps growing and will continue to grow. So, the fact that businesses are now able to tap into this avenue of communication with their customers is a game changer.

How To Use Text Advertising Properly:

The most important thing to remember is that your opt-in subscribers have given you something very personal - their cell phone number. Now you have to give them something very special. Don't use text advertising to send out notice of some sale that everybody and anybody has access to. Your subscribers should receive special deals and you should mention in the text that they need to show the text to get the deal - giving you instant and accurate statistics on your marketing method.

Is It Expensive?

Compared to traditional methods of advertising and considering your return on investment, text messaging is head over heels more affordable. That means that small businesses have access to this powerful tool.

You have two options...

You can find a local Mobile Specialist (try MobileHelpers.com) to manage your campaign for you, provide you with marketing materials such as table tents or flyers, run analytics on your subscribers, and design and send all of your text communications. This will obviously come with the cost of the texting and the campaign management.

Your other option is to do it yourself with a Text Message Service. This method could save you money and can be done quickly and easily once you learn the ropes. There are usually different sized packages so you can start small and try the service out at a very reasonable price as you are building your subscriber list. This also means that even the smallest business can afford to get into this advertising medium. We even offer 30% off your first month so there really is no reason not to get your feet wet with this advertising opportunity. This is one advertising medium that is going to explode so get in and get your customers signed up before your competition does.

$1,000,000 $1,000,000 - Hi Evan, Are you talking about US Dollars? If so, that would be approx £500,000 in the UK. The Canadian Dollars differs also from the Australian Dollar. In any case, one needs to solve problems to help people to get money. The more solutions are given to people's needs to solve their problems, the closer one gets. Finally, are we talking about 'Income' or can we talk about 'Asset'? Kindest Regards Beat "Unlock People's Potentials!"
Re: Business Coaching Resources Re: Business Coaching Resources - You're fortunate when you can find a Business Coach who has experience beyond where you've been and even where you are going. When your budget is slim and even after, it's good to have a mentor. Several of various backgrounds are very useful. They can be teachers, professors, pastors, business people, family members, bosses and former bosses. You have to be clear on what you want and what you desire to achieve, be able to convey it as simply as possible. Stop and listen and don't over tax their time. You should always expect results whether from a Business Coach or Mentors. If you're not gtting results, you're either not focused or you need to upgrade the quality of your mentors/coaches. Always surround yourself by people smarter than you.

Re: Top 9 Questions For Google AdSense Answered! Re: Top 9 Questions For Google AdSense Answered! - Google is right about the 10% CTR rate thing being a bad thing. I share the same philosophy. I like a lower CTR and a higher CPC. Throwing ads in the users face increases CTR, but often decreases CPC as there are more users clicking just because it is right in front of them. This means you get less money for every visitor you lose from your site. I prefer to get more for each visitor I lose, and lose a few less visitors while doing so, as these visitors will likely view another page, click an aff. link, share the article, sign up to mailing list etc.
