Successful Entrepreneurs - 3 Must Have Characteristics

There are three characteristics that every successful entrepreneur must have in order to achieve success. These characteristics separate the weak from the strong. If people have them they will have the other traits needed to find success. These characteristics will help people succeed in all areas of life not just in business. People need to have all three of them in order to survive the journey. The three characteristics that every successful entrepreneur must have are a big dream, a passion for what they do, and a do whatever it takes mentality to fight for their dreams. Anyone that has these traits will find themselves on the right path to success.

The dream is the fuel that keeps people going when times get tough. All successful entrepreneurs are big dreamers. Without a dream people will quit when when times get tough. Anyone that has succeeded in any area of life has faced insurmountable obstacles at some point along their journey. The dream is what kept them going. Entrepreneurs have a lot of guts because their journey along the way will be a long and lonely one. Most people don't understand the mentality of an entrepreneur because they have given up on their dreams and have lost hope in their lives. Entrepreneurs will face criticisms, obstacles and many stumbling blocks along their journey. That's why it it so important for people to always fight for their dreams and never give up.

Successful entrepreneurs have a passion for what they do. Having a big dream is great but if people don't have a passion for what they are doing, their dreams will fade very quickly. If people don't have a passion for what they are doing it shows in who they are. People are attracted and magnetically drawn to people with a passion. Passion is something that cannot be faked. People with a passion don't have to chase others and convince them how great what they are doing is. People already know because they feel their passion and it's infectious.

To be a successful entrepreneur people have to be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their dreams. Having a dream and a passion is key but if people aren't willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their dreams, they will not succeed. When times get tough and there seems like no hope left, they need to pick themselves back up and keep fighting. People need to be willing to die for their dreams. "A dream not worth dying for is not worth having."

Being an entrepreneur is a very tough road to take in life. Without a lot of support the path can be very rocky and discouraging at times. There will be times when the dream and passion is all someone has left. That is okay because every successful entrepreneur has been at this point somewhere along their journey. They just kept fighting to achieve their dreams. If people have a dream, a passion for what they do, and are willing to die for it, they will achieve success. The journey may be rough but the rewards are endless.

CEOs and Email - Slaves? CEOs and Email - Slaves? - I wonder if the emails they are responding to are filtered thru their assistants first 'cos they seem to spend a lot of their off hours responding to them. True they are successful but I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay that price. I'd be interested to know what's the in the typical day planner of Entrepreneurs on the Forum. Entrepreneurs are a different breed than Paid Employees- so it would be interesting to view the contrast.
Fundraising for 3rd world Entrepreneurs Fundraising for 3rd world Entrepreneurs - How great to learn that Evan is doing something for Entrepreneurs in Africa! It just makes me even more thankful to be part of this forum! After helping create a new charity for animals in my local community last year, I created a vision for a charity empowering Women Entrepreneurs. It won't happen for a while yet, but I know it is something I will do within the next few years. As we allow ourselves to think bigger, the opportunity to impact people becomes much bigger as well. Does anyone else have a desire to really make a difference in the world through this means?
