Has the Global Recession Given You the Blues?

This current economic downturn has had such a profound effect on so many people around the world after a time of widespread prosperity that a massive number of people have had to completely rethink how they live, how they earn, how they cope with the daily necessities of having a family with all that entails, and how people view the future in this topsy turvy market driven environment we all have to exist in.

Who does not know someone who has been made redundant or who has turned up to work only to find the locks have been changed with a nicely placed notice advising they no longer have a job. It is devastating with ramifications that affect the person concerned on the deepest of levels.

Think about the industries that have been seriously affected by this current malaise.

The obvious ones are the financial sector; banks, finance companies, stock markets, investment companies, financial advisors, managed funds and many many more.

Building and development companies; this includes everyone from the developer of multi-million dollar housing schemes to the sub-contractor who paints the finished homes.

Real estate companies, retail businesses, manufacturing, wholesalers, raw material suppliers, advertising firms, architects... I could go on, but who has not been affected by the economic meltdown?

You may be surprised to learn that one industry has not only not been touched by the recession it has grown at an unbelievable rate. This industry is internet marketing.

It is interesting to see how as the traditional business formulas have taken a hammering in recent times many have become more creative in their options. Network marketing has had a fairly bad rap over the past few decades because of the fervour in selling to family, friends, ex-schoolmates or anyone you had ever met. Fortunately this is no longer the case.

Think about these two facts for a minute.

There are a billion and a half current users of the internet.

More than 70 million Americans will start a business within the next two years.

Let's not underestimate the size of the markets for new business in countries such as China, India or Brazil.

What size potential market does this translate to?

The biggest growth industry globally at present has this pool of customers to build a relationship with. This is important, more than ever before individual relationships have become a part of the international business process.

With the right tools and mindset you no longer have to sell to anyone. Customers come flooding to your websites if you are smart and you are educated in the technical and social nuances of the internet. They decide to come to you for a myriad of reasons.

The system is perfect in that any product in the world can be sold globally without corporate structures, without massive sales workforces, without retail outlets, without massive overheads and without the headaches of the financial worlds of stock markets and banking systems.

Think of huge numbers of people available who are rewarded for every sale they make. Think about how this endless source of driven marketers could move huge quantities of your product.

This is indeed the future of commerce and the most successful business people in the world have recognised this already. Warren Buffett is buying up internet marketing companies in big numbers. Donald Trump, Robert Kyosaki, and many other hugely successful people are heavily involved in the industry because they see the future and where the gains are to be made over the next decades.

It makes such sense it is almost too simple to work.

What is needed though is a complete change of mindset if you are prepared to dive into this world. Gone is the employee mentality, gone is the entitlement mentality. Instead what is needed is creativity, sociality beyond what is currently necessary in the standard business paradigm, determination and entrepreneurship.

The rewards for succeeding in online marketing are extraordinary in monetary, lifestyle and personal terms.

This is indeed where the future lies.

Re: e-Commerce and e-Payment providers - Hi GT, I was always very reluctant to trust the Internet at all in the early days until I became a marketer and had to show a bit of faith. Now it is second nature to many people and I use PayPal for virtually all my transactions. Like Michelle I use Global Exchange for one of my affiliate programs but other than that it is PayPal for me. regards, Mal.
Re: e-Commerce and e-Payment providers - Hi GT It is only fairly recently that people in South Africa have been able to get full use of Paypal as we were only able at one time to make payments but not receive them. Fortunately this has now changed. I have received money through Global X Change for one of the affiliate programs that I promote and have found them pretty good as the money is normally transferred directly into my bank account within 2-3 days and I have not had any problems with them. stock registration - robertj- Actually my offering is for a private placement of stock in my privately owned company. The documentation that I would send out to any interested party is approved by the SEC under the classification of "Reg D 504". It is the only private placement offering that the SEC allows for no registration requirements at all as long as I accept no more than $1,000,000.00 and the offering is good for only 1 years time.
