Home Based MLM Business – How To Find The Best Compensation Plan!
One
of the main reasons why so many people fail in home based MLM
business is the unrewarding compensation plans so many companies use.
So many MLM companies use an extremely complex plan with tiny
percentages on your sales or recruiting. This will mean you will have
to build a massive downline in order to achieve your goal of lifetime
residual income.
The
really scary part is that even when you have spent years building
this downline you can lose most of it overnight when someone in your
team jumps ship to any of the thousands of other MLM businesses
available today.
You
will have to do some serious research in order to avoid the trap that
97% of home based MLM business owners fall into.
It
will not matter how hard you work your business, how you develop your
mindset or how you build your network. If you have the wrong
commission structure and the wrong business model you will not make
money from the internet.
My
wife Midge has a background in business ownership, project
management, business analysis and has been a general manager of a
high end fashion label. When Midge decided to make the leap to online
business she found an MLM business.
With
her background and work ethic you would think a home based MLM
business would be an easy way to create a successful business online.
This was not the case. Even the best MLM companies have compensation
plans which will make it extremely hard to make money from your
enterprise.

commissions, 14 hour days, stress and financial worries. These are
the reasons why you are leaving the standard business model to create
a new life and yet these are exactly what you are likely to find.
After
struggling with the MLM business model for 10 months we finally found
an answer online. This was in a powerful compensation plan and

immediately apparent.

If you can finish off the Business Plan and think about your strategic direction or how you are going to use your product to convince people it's a great idea, it will set the foundation for your programming project. You see, when you are looking for funding you will need a Business Plan and Strategic Plan that will convince companies to invest into your new idea.
