After getting a few satisfied customers, a travel agents should try and create forums through which they can freely interact with their customers as well as prospective ones. One internet marketing tip travel agents are using is to ask guest and customers to rate hotels, restaurants, attractions and destinations they have visited. Apart from rating you may also want to open a free blog where your customers can share experiences they had through holidays that were booked through your travel company. The social media is one way that you can use your customers to do some marketing for you based on their experience with your services.

Social media on the internet is all about creating good reasons why potential customers should visit your website. There is not better way for a travel agents to leverage on the experiences of others than allowing your customers to post on your website. Even non customers who are allowed to post their experiences on other destinations on your blog will find another reason to come visiting online again and that will be a potential future customer in waiting. Many such customers could create SEO content that will attract search engine spiders.
