  First off, each and every day needs to have some kind of visualization and meditation about the goals that you are trying to achieve. If you can't visualize yourself reaching your goals, the odds of reaching those goals dramatically decreases because you don't have any direction. Performing this every morning when you wake up and every evening before you go to bed will train your subconscious mind and will keep you on a path to achieving your goals. Do not underestimate the power of performing this ritual on a daily basis to keep you on task with what you are trying to accomplish.

  Once you have your visualization and meditation squared away and are feeling good about the beginning of the day, you must perform some income producing activities for your goals to become a reality. If you're trying to lead your team and you're not performing any income producing activities, what do you think that your team will do? Right, they will do what YOU do and if you're telling your team to perform activities that you're not performing yourself, you will lose credibility with your team and chances are, they will move on to something else and you will have to start over.

  To keep your business moving forward with momentum, you will need to work on some self mastery, or personal development as most people call it in this industry. There are alot of good books out there on this subject and they will help to mold your mind into becoming a good leader for your team. Set aside an hour or two every day to get yourself in the habit of working on your self mastery or personal development.

  Mastermind with other leaders in your organization and community. If your team or community has conference calls to help members progress in their business, make sure that you're on every one of them. If your organization has events once or twice a year, make sure that you are there to meet and mastermind with other leaders in your community. When your team acknowledges this and you are bringing results to your business, they will want to do the same so they can have the same results in their business that you are experiencing.

  Put yourself in a position to receive at all levels of your business, play the game to win! The meaning of this is: Once you are creating success for yourself and even before that in some cases, give back to your community. Whether it be getting involved in your area locally, or giving back to your team and community, this can have staggering effects on your online internet home based business! Have you ever heard the saying, you must give in order to receive? All of the books on personal development that you will ever read always talk about this being a key ingredient to one's success and is a big part of being a leader in your community. Your team and others around you will look up to you for doing so and the results will come back to you and your business ten-fold.

  If you stay on track and perform these activities until it becomes a daily ritual for you, there's no doubt that you will become a great leader in your community and your business will continue to grow for you exponentially.

Re: How many mambers of this forum are also member of WF? - Hi Kevin, I have to agree with Tanny. All forums are unique in their own way, but doesn't mean that one is better than the other. What you might get out of one forum, you may not get from another. For instance, the WF focuses on Internet Marketing, while this forum focuses on Entrepreneurship. Each has their own set of benefits. I don't think you can really compare one to the other, unless of course they focused on the same topic. I have learned a lot from this forum, stuff I would never have gotten from the WF. With that being said, I've learned a lot from the WF, specifically since I need to know about Internet Marketing and running an online business. The addition of the Online Business forum here will help, and Jeff is doing a great job as moderator.
