Earn Six Figures - The How Is Easy, All You Need Is the Why
It is fascinating to watch how people react to an opportunity
presented to them. They could be handed an amazing lucrative,
profitable, legitimate business opportunity on a platter, and 95% of
people will be curious, but never act on something that could change
their life.
You can show someone exactly how to earn six
figures, and they will choose to live in fear that they can never reach
the goal. With so much garbage on the internet, people have become
unsure if what they are reading and watching is the real deal.
It
is understandable why they are fearful. But instead of doing the work
to learn what is really worth pursuing, they don't even do the work of
discovery. They would rather pass up an opportunity, instead watch TV,
maybe invest their money into their next flat screen TV rather than
into a new business that allows them to earn a six figures in a year.
You
can analyze people all day long and point to things like, they are
lazy, they have a low self-esteem, they have never tried anything so
bold before, and they are completely terrified.
I remember
being terrified when I started my first business. In fact, I was so
terrified that I didn't call it a "business". It was just this thing
that I was doing - that way if it failed no one would notice. I got
over that and had that business for seven years.
We are all so
busy worrying about what other people think, and not listening to our
desires, and dreams. What if you passed up your open door to earn six
figures?
What if you didn't pass it up, and you had an extra
$30,000? What would you do with it? I bet you don't know. Most people
don't know because they don't let themselves dream, they don't create
the life they really want to live.
I have watched time and
time again, people are just curious when they hear that they too can
earn six figures. They might look into it, but most do not take it
seriously.
Many people are nay-sayers, and skeptics at heart.
They say, "that can't happen to me, that is a bunch of ___." The truth
is, they are scared, they would rather put up a front than actually see
the possibility for themselves to earn six figures.
I feel sad
for them. They will go through life just watching, not actually taking
action on a possibility. As a lifelong entrepreneur who has seen six
figures several times, my word of advise is "you have to believe". You
have to have a small sense that you deserve it. You nurture it, and it
will grow into reality.
We found that when we discovered the
heart of why we wanted to earn six figures, taking the action to get it
was easy. Our why is our children and family all over the world. We
have a lifestyle that gives us freedom to work from anywhere in the
world and earn the income we desire.
You have to find your
why. You have to dig deep into what you want for yourself and your
family. You will have to be brave, and trust their is a way.
I
ask you, "What if you passed up your opportunity to earn six figures?"
You will never know if you don't take action. Watching will never allow
you to earn six figures, that is a promise. You deserve it, go get it.
To earn six figures, you have to decide you will get it, you find the
opportunity, and you make it happen.
That is how people earn six figures everyday. Is it your turn?

- When I came back to Japan in 1999 I sometimes used to ask my students if they would buy anything on the Internet and at that time most thought it was too risky. I'd encourage them to try by using well known sites such as Amazon.co.jp and also pointed out that using a credit card on a reputable site was safer than using it at a restaurant.
I can't remember the last time I had that discussion or when the "tipping point" occurred in Japan.
To answer your other question, I use Paypal for several reasons:
1. Brand familiarity
2. Easy to use
3. Free to withdraw 50,000yen+ to my Japanese bank account - a huge benefit (but maybe other systems also offer that...?)
4. Easy to cancel subscriptions
On the down side, their transaction fees are quite costly, they are difficult to contact and when disputes arise you can sometimes lose even when you can prove via your tracking service that the disputed item was "delivered" to the customer's address!

- Good info and interesting list. Easy to see how the authority or power is slowly passed to the person - the secret would be knowing WHEN to move to the next step. I like to avoid people who are stuck at the #1 level.

- I am researching on personal preferences that keeps the visitors coming back to a web site. What would be great is if people would list out their preferences of what keeps them interested to keep visiting a website in order or importance.
For me it is:-
1. Content – Value, Depth and Recency of Information provided
2. User Friendliness – Easy Navigation, Simple graphic design etc.
3. Service – download time, contactability etc.
